And after filling it with his scissors showed that now he's actually complete plus with the moves he learned from his experience of being Scissor Seven instead of Killer Seven. And also when he threw the final blow with his scissors, he was flickering between both scissor seven and killer seven which also just means he's back at peak skill and the final blow was from the scissors basically defeating him not as Killer Seven but Scissor Seven. Gotta love visual representation and the character development
i feel like they kinda explained killer seven was never his own person so he never really complete but scissor seven is his own person and together they both complete the missing parts of themselves
