If anything, a well established family owned or what I'd call mom & pop store that may still be around to look into. These " box" stores are not inclined towards good customer service. @@jbell9179 she’s been consistently expressing her displeasure with it and the fact that it’s limp, it doesn’t hold curls, she can’t style it, it’s thin at the top and so on. She admits that a good day with her hair is rare. She is beautiful, she is transforming herself inside out and many of us women hold onto hair as some kind of security blanket. Look at how her beauty radiates and her features stand out whenever she pulls the hair from around her face and neck…it almost instantly erases 10 years! Same happens with me and I also have beautiful hair but it is a fact that I look older in pics with hair around me and my facial features become less noticeable.

Girl please don't cut your hair! I love your hair! Im 30# overweight and im short and 53 but thankfully I look younger than I am but cutting my hair short made me look older and I hated it!! I have medium length hair and looks way better!!!
I always like the idea of going short and then hate it in a day or two 🤣 I do have to get the split ends cut off, so hopefully it won’t make it too short. But we will see 🩷
