As an English professor, I object to this video's definition of "pedagogy" as "the art and science of helping kids learn." According to Merriam Webster and the Oxford English Dictionary, the definition of "pedagogy" is "the art and science of teaching."
I'm googling and haven't found any resource yet that refers to "kids" in the definition of "pedagogy" -- even on business sites.

The word pedagogy comes from the Greek word paidagōgeō, which means "to lead the child."
He has extrapolated and re-articulated it as kids.

Just a point of information; there's no solid evidence in the scientific literature to support learning styles, specifically the claim that learning by an individual learning style (such as visual or auditory) has any real benefit. These are only preferences at best

There is no evidence to show learning styles styles exist - they are merely nodes of perceiving info. We all benefit from variety of senses being used. Seethe work of Ruth Clarke, Guy Wallace and other experts in instructional design.

May I ask where the employee engagement response came from, presented at around 8:00? A source indicating which article or journal it has come from would be very useful!

    Too much tolerance inside.
    Too much intervention outside.
These 2 manufactured trends have generated a build up of dysfunctions that a dual system has not solved.
To fix the problem a new balance, a new centre core is needed and the Philosophy exists: HR.
It is HR that has allowed the system to somehow sustain itself but has been underestimated and as such not expand and not used to its full potential. HR HACCP looks like a good cocktail but it lays under decades of cycling repeated arguments between 2 parties.

Learning styles? Totally discredited and never based on any scientific study. You should take this one down now.
