Looks to me like the main difference is Taemin's body control. The stability of his center of gravity throughout the steps is really something amazing. The other dancer, though quite good, looks hectic and chaotic in comparison.

The improvement and timing. I can’t with you you’ve improved so much I watched your q and a. As someone who misses dance a lot after having to quit after quarantine because my studio closed watching your video really inspired me. Seeing people that people dancing to fulfill their passion and to embrace the joy they feel. I loved dancing but I came to dread going to practice because I wasn’t born with perfect body or came to class with technique that was as good as the person next to me. After a while my teachers made it clear how behind I was compared to my peers for not being a naturally good turner. But now that I’m older I’ve had experience to not take failure so personally and to take each time that I mess up as an opportunity to learn something new. I applied that mindset to a new sport: water polo. I’ve been improving quickly at water polo but I can’t help but miss dance despite my bad experiences. It feels frustrating and shameful starting back at square one relearning technique especially since a lot of people start a young age. After seeing someone who dances because they love it and not getting lost in the toxic side of the dance community is really motivating. I think you’re definitely starting to accomplish your goal of inspiring your audience to dance or to start again. Thanks from a girl across the internet.

Pretty good but there is a lot of overdancing going on. Being a good dancer doesnt mean being too energetic or overdoing moves. You need to convey the emotions properly. And find a stability
Very cool, but its movements seem to be very fast, and big. Taemin uses fast and big movements in this choreography, but the elegance doesn't let it show. It sounds like you're a little desperate, but it turned out good!

If you’re doing it in your own style it’s really good but if you are trying to replicate it you put too much power in to the pauses it didn’t flow like Taemin’s dancing
