It's most likely that she is both lying to herself making her believe that she actually participates in the situation, but yes, she is frightened here, Hyde has hurt her badly in the past, and she is no fool, she plays her part to get away alive... There's no love and romance here at all, buuuut it's free to mutiple interpretations
The blocking towards the end was horrible. I didn’t mind the crawling. I actually thought it was a nice change. But the way the actors executed it was stiff and awkward. The guy can sing and he did amazing even with all the moving. The girl... not so much. She’s vocally gifted but she needs to learn to sing while moving. Her voice broke and squeaked too many times to the point where it was kinda funny... 😅 Overall i thought this version was good, it just needs improvements.

I actually missed why she would be attracted to him given that he abused her. Maybe Lucy is just acting to stay alive in this scene. Any thoughts?
