My apologies however Indian street food stalls are just as bad some worst. I love these drinks I’ve had similar masala ones here in Australia where I’m from. It’s sold at our local weekend markets by a lovely Punjab couple at their food stall. Difference is for obvious reasons, Australian and local council laws and protocols have strict food safety standards to protect the public. And although I love my weekend market masala drinks, I wish there’s more here like the Indian” and Pakistan ones I watch on RUclips coz they look more delicious hence why I watch them 😁.

Now, street food stalls in india are getting more clean by wearing gloves for production purposes of drinks, packing, etc... But this type of cleanliness can't be seen in whole India.Cleanliness can be seen more in south indian street stalls and many stalls in central and north indian as well. But one thing is correct, many stalls in india goes through dirty means of production and I am 100% sure that it will be changed in the coming years.
