    To think part of the book on TD in the draft was he was too slow apparently :)
    Was at this game....was awesome.

    The Broncos were just unstoppable at home. From 96 to 98 they only lost ONE home game and that was in the 96 divisional round against the Jaguars. After that, the Broncos would not lose until John Elway was retired.

      @supersexysega Год назад +2

      Shanahan didn't have the Broncos ready to play in the 96' divisional. I know one thing for sure, Jimmy Johnson would have had that team ready, and they would have 3 peated with him as their HC. Actually, 4 peated because he would have convinced Elway to come back one more year.

    A great match up would have been the 93 Cowboys and the 98 Broncos.

      93 team were untouchable I would put the 92 and 93 Dallas cowboys against any team in history. Denver had a very good squad in the late 90s but we Elway stood no chance against early 90s cowboys they were a different animal was mostly on his back then . go and watch those early 90s matchup's. remember this 98 cowboy team is a far cry from the 93-championship team

      Quit smoking bro. The 92 cowboys almost lost Denver in Denver without a young Elway. Had he played Denver would have beaten them then. The 98 Broncos wouks have stomped em

      @@davidpadilla8400 Facts are the broncos never beat the Superbowl cowboy teams even in the regular season I could easily bring the 95 team that beat up the broncos with Elway Davis Sharpe. You have lost the debate already the fact that you bring up what the broncos ''almost'' did to the cowboys lol. That same year the cowboys crushed the.
      Jimmy Kelly led bills 52 to 17 one of the greatest offenses of all-time in the 'Superbowl' . The 92 and the 93 cowboys were unstoppable and 10 times as dominant in the playoffs where it really counts greatest of all-time kid go to bed

      @@ryanr20091 - Bro you are not acknowledging the fact that your best team was the 92 cowboys and they nearly lost to an 8-8 Denver team in 1992 without John Elway in that game. 31-27 was the final score. If Elway played that game that day. Dallas Loses. the 98 team would have beat down any Cowboy team of an era, because no one could stop the run of TD and that O-line and if you did than you had Elway to deal with. Had a Elway had a team like early in his career he would have won 10 super bowls. Also, since you like FACTS Denver is 9-4 LIFETIME vs Dallas including the beating we gave you all in Dallas a couple years ago so enough with Dallas.

      @@davidpadilla8400 Almost doesn't count in life that's like saying you almost became a pilot or almost finished school they didn't win. You keep acting like the cowboys never saw Elway go watch him run for is life in the 95 regular season he was no problem and getting sacked all game long and lost. Whether or not the broncos are 9 and 4 is irrelevant to the original topic of the 92 and 93 cowboys being the greatest of all time and would beat the 98 broncos. The 1992 Cowboys had a formidable defense, led by players like Charles Haley and Ken Norton Jr. They were known for their ability to pressure the quarterback and create turnovers, which could disrupt the Broncos’ offense.
      Offensive Line: The Cowboys’ offensive line in 1992, often referred to as “The Great Wall of Dallas,” was one of the best in NFL history. This line provided excellent protection for quarterback Troy Aikman and opened up running lanes for Emmitt Smith.
      Running Game: Emmitt Smith, the NFL’s all-time leading rusher, was in his prime in 1992. His ability to control the game on the ground could keep the Broncos’ high-powered offense off the field.

    When Terrell Davis has his second long TD run I said to my dad "He's definitely going to be a Hall of Famer!" My dad said "He could suffer a carrer ending knee injury this year." He was off by one year as TD did suffer what ended up being a career ending knee injury in 1999. Terrell did end up being a Hall of Famer, in his 10th year of eligibility.
