Competition rules do not require dance in public, you can see most of contestants perform in private, too. Also, the face expressions limited by masks in this version, that’s the reason why. （I guess)

@@jamielin5463 on participant rules only record videos to be uploaded on yt with the hashtag and register on the google form. There's no other rules
