Michael was the absolute best person to play this character
Who makes you feel at ease and reassures you with his natural charm. Such a grounding presence and calming air to him. He doesn't feel intrusive but always there to lend an ear, everything you need in your moment of distress
And you feel sympathy for him and believe he's a living being while still seeing his little ticks that let you know he's not human
Michael is such an astounding actor 🙏

Can you imagine this man have this deep of a voice and in some of his characters have a sort of higher voice ;-; especially Aziraphale

I think Michael Sheen is somewhat “in character” and “in the zone” here. Have you seen his Aro interview with him dressed in Aro costume? He’s different. He’s very velvety and smooth-talking in that one.

NOT SURE WHY EVERYONE IN THIS MOVIE TRIED SO HARD TO GET AWAY FROM THE CONCEPT OF GENESIS FROM THE OLD TESTAMENT WHEN EVERYTHING ABOUT IT IS BASED ON THE STORY OF ADAM AND EVE IN THE GARDEN OF EDEN AND THEIR TEMPTATIONS BY THE DEVIL. ARE THEY ASHAMED OF BELIEVING IN THE STORY OF CREATION? THAT THEY ARE BETTER THAN THOSE WHO STILL HAVE FAITH?
