The group is literally finished. The reason is that the company did not take a brave decision to remove the over weight member from the group and work on the success of the rest of the members. The over weight member negatively affected the group and the rest of the members. I would not be surprised if the group is dissolved or the group will remain neglected until the end of their contract.
