My baby girl did the nicu graduate. It was so emotional for me & the nurses. It was a long journey & you should do it. It’s definitely a hard core memory everytime I think of her nicu experience!! Blessings to you from one nicu mom to another ❤
Me too! I cry tears of joy every single time I look back! Longest 76 days of my entire life! But my 1 pound miracle will celebrate her 2nd birthday in a few short weeks!
Im glad you guys are staying. With the baby. I was the only parent with my baby it was thanksgiving. And those white nurses complained and let them babies cry untill they went to sleep. I walked past each aisle and prayed over those baby and spoke encouragement

I totally understand your situation. I had 2 kids in NICU. One for 2 weeks and my youngest for 2 months. I stayed for the whole 2 months in the was discharged. It’s a lot but rewarding at the end.
Just looking at him you can see how your mommy magic did so much for him, while he was in Nic U. When he gets older and you tell him about his time in the hospital, he’s going to look at you in awe, because he’s going to be a healthy, smart, and happy little boy, and he’s not going to believe he was ever in the hospital.

my son was in the NICU for 21dys, taking penicillin three times a day because of a blood infection that they missed before he was born. His little self had a spinal tap and I cried and cried. I had a fever for a couple of days so I couldn't hold him. He had jaundice. it was absolutely heart wrenching. I did not miss a day of being with him.. He was being poked everywhere even in his head. It is the hardest thing to have a baby and not be able to take him home.

I'm a single mama of 7 and my last son was in the NICU for 31 days... I never left him because we live in a whole different state then our hospital. The hardest part was not being with my kids. But now I miss it all lol my baby is 7.
Ion know about the cussing when talking to God yea he knows your heart but it’s honor and respect plus your prayers have a scent to the Lord if it don’t have a good or honoring smell he won’t even hear it but beyond all that I’m sure your gonna keep doing it cuz you do you but love you as a person content and transparency girl ❤
Looking gorgeous as usual. I co-sleep with my child too. Theres nothing wrong with co sleeping. Co sleeping has your child/children sleeping longer and better and growing healthier. My child was born being 3pounds,4.6ounces,15inches and now shes over 27 pounds growing at an average rate with other children for a premature child and i never had complaints about her health.Yes co sleeping is risky but so is leaving a child in a crib. Anything can happen so just do you❤.Such a gorgeous child.❤I want another now😂🥹🥹😩😩

Coming from a NICU parent.....that is a nice set-up there....showers...washer...dryer....pull out bed...refrigerator......most have to use Ronald McDonald house...you got stuck in the Walmart black hole....that Walmart looked WELL stocked with apparel....When you hear bring your cars seat in for the test.....IT'S ON🎉🎉🎉🎉....

I know the feeling; my baby stayed for 41/2 months (almost until the due date). She was 1lbs, 2oz. & I was pumping 🤷🏽♀️🙏🏽. God got this baby 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

Yep my baby was right by me. I only put him in a crib 2xs. I slept better knowing he was right by me.
