Everytime I watch your hair color video's, I'm one step closer dying my hair 😂😂
😂😂 only do it if you’re up for an emotional roller coaster ride! I was so nervous/excited/scared/ and happy (at the end) during this whole video
Hahaha do it don't think much
Yesss mee!!
Only if youre ok with damaged hair
Same 😫 even after I tell myself I won’t die it
I took the plunge and dyed my daughter's hair using your tutorial and BlondeMe. Worked out great. The comb is a savior. I'm next. Gonna go ahead and order the toner for my black hair color that loves to go orange. So excited ‼️ Thanks beautiful 💕
Yayyyy so glad my method worked for you and your daughter!! ❤️❤️ lmk how you end up liking your own results! The comb really is a savior! Old if I could ever use anything else lol
her hair is jammin it looks better than any salon I have gone to. She is making think I can do it!
Did you end up doing it ? 👀
I want to try it. But I don’t have that comb 😩 & i don’t want to wait for Amazon 🥴
Hi! Your technique was okay for going lighter pretty much all over the ends and keeping a “rootier” look. If you instead want to just refresh your highlights and keep the blonde to brunette ratio, just use the comb to separate the strands, and right before you apply the lightener just use the tail end of your comb to flick out any of the strands that are completely brown! Then just blend the lightener down to wherever the brown meets the blonde on each strand! Voila!
Ps. Not that your hair doesn’t look nice but putting that wells color over with a 30 essentially will lighten all your hair. Get a Demi permanent with no more than a 10 vol and you’re set. Happy holidays!
Is the 30 volume developer okay for the bleaching process? I’m gonna do this touch up to my balayage hair and my roots are a dark blonde light brown colour so I’m not sure if 30 is gonna be too much for it.
I'm not sure on the bleaching vols etc but for me with natural dark blonde hair simply putting on a dark blonde semi permanent ie low volume colour all over and washing a few times gives me extra balayage time less the roots.
For the toner get violet and mix with an ash like demi permanent 9A or wella ash toner and 6 percent developer or one for demi permanent (same thing) it obliterates orange! Good job seriously it looks gorgeous!
Out of all the professional videos.. I can relate to this one most! So glad you JUST did a touch up vid... just what I was looking for 🤗
You did a great job on your hair.... me, my hair still breaking in this day. Thanks for making this video. 😉😊
Awe yea my hair is reaching its breaking point too! 🙈 I didn’t want to go over previous bleach! I might be cutting a few inches soon to get it back healthy(ish).
I really need to order this cone from Amazon. I've never seen it before until I watched one of your videos a couple days ago! Highlighting hair is so time-consuming, and not easy at all. You are nearly a pro doing your own hair! This particular video, I realize it's two years old, but I absolutely love the color you got it to! Beautiful!
It's so hard getting used to lighter color hair when you're darker complected and have always had dark hair but that tone of blonde looks beautiful on you!!
I'm a cosmetologist, and I'm so amazed how beautiful , and that you do a great job!
Thank you! 😊
I have been thinking on doing my hair at home, since you did such a wonderful job!! The final look is amazing.
Thank you so much!! I’d love to know how you like it if you do!! ❤️
Watching this as I’m currently bleaching my own hair haha
Your hair came out absolutely beautiful!!
I love the light blonde on her
Omgggg I love it.... again! You’re so good at this and need to become a beautician!
I do my hair at home too... I do only half of my hair at a time. So if I'm doing a partial highlight I can take my time. I use a balayage board with foil on it and really weave out fine and very thin sections at a time and saturate it well with bleach making sure the bleach doesn't get too thick at the roots to prevent bleeds. This way the bleach lifts past the orange stage and it's so much easier to tone afterwards. I use 2 different toners... or one toner and a purple conditioner to preserve the health of my hair. I use a level 7 ashy toner (strong blue, silver, grey type of color) with a weak developer to blend out the stitch marks and ease the transition as my hair grows out and then a platinum toner for the ends or I just mix Artic Fox Girls Night Out with some conditioner for my ends to keep them nice and healthy.
I ordered the Blonde me bleach finally after watching your previous videos and OMG game changer!! Your hair looks amazing... don't darken it!!
ohh I need to look in to balayage boards!! Foils are the most annoying part for me lol Maybe that will help!! Love your toner suggestions, thank you!! and yessss omg the blonde bleach is definitely game changing!!
I always have this moment... I have prepped everything to bleach my hair and just finished wrapping that very first piece in foil... And then I realize how much more work I have to do and how much quicker I need to move to finish the whole head! It's a little mini panic attack I get every single time.
Yaaay! New hair video! I've been looking forward to this for a while!! ❤️❤️
Yayyyy!! So happy you enjoyed! Thanks for watching babe!
That T27 looks so nice!!
Gurrlll! It looks FaB on you. So gorgeous! I love it.
Looks so Gorgeous and Professional!!
Go to the store and get a Demi permanent color 7a and put it just at your roots and apply it a tear drop formation meaning higher in the front of your head and lower in the back that all get rid of the grassiness at the top and blend it ever more
Thanks so much for the suggestion!! So helpful! I’ve never had to tone my hair before so I was winging it!! Gonna do another toning video soon! Will use the teardrop technique 💕
@@DeanndraNunnery of course! I definitely think it will give you exactly the look you’re going for!
@@DeanndraNunnery you can literally just tap it on the hairline to keep your money piece and then drag it down further as you get towards the crown and blend with a wide tooth comb! You can even put conditioner on your ends as a barrier to give you a good blending agent to blend the color in to! I definitely suggest that! Theres a girl on Instagram that has a few videos you can watch to get a visual @larisalove ! Good luck!!!
You are stunning blonde! Keep it like this, maybe tone little the brass but stay blond ❤️
Awe thank you so much!! Definitely on the hunt for the right toner. I’ll definitely post a video when I find the right one!
@@DeanndraNunnery have you tried redken toners babe?
Your hair looks so good! Great job!!
Very helpful. Definitely not gonna pay over 500+ again! I already been doing my hair how I actually want too and capable of doing and its better then being in the wrong hands and them not understanding what I dont want!!
Ugh you never fail to amaze me 😫💕
Aweee thanks!! Glad you liked my results!! 😘😘❤️❤️
Try using 10 vol instead of 30 vol because 30 will lift but 10 deposits. Looks great!
use 10 volume when you tone! also the brass of isn’t a toner, just maintenance! :)
Haha thank you!! I was getting frustrated that it wasn’t working 😆 and I definitely got a different “toner” thanks to all the helpful comments! Gonna do that soon!
Great job on that color at home. I am scared to do mine, because I tried to tone my blonds and I had a lot of hair that broke off on top. I need to do my roots. You would look great in your hair bit shorter too.
Its fabulous dont change it we are only six months or less from warmer weather it will be fine.
Thank you!! I definitely will keep it for a while!
Girl u look gorgeous 😍 love the hair
Love it my T27 arrives today. Wish me luck
Good luck!!!
Can you try toning with blue black hair dye mixed with shampoo? Theres very little demos of it here on RUclips and if it works it'd be so affordable for us! I first saw it on a channel of a girl named Angie. Thank you!
I am going to do some research on toners and dyes to get the orange out. I’ll definitely make a video of my process. My roots are still pretty orange! 😏❤️❤️ I do want to try some sort of dye tho!!
Your young but what would you suggest for this look and grey hair? As far as dying roots
Thank you for this video! Your hair looks great, adding products to my cart right now!
Gorgeous!! You’re getting really good at this. Can I ask, was your brown hair (which you highlighted) coloured/tinted at all? Or was it virgin hair? Mine is tinted as I’m grey so it’s harder to highlight...
Thank you! Yes it was virgin hair grown out. I will always be transparent will y’all and show anything and everything I do to my hair in the video. Except washing lol bc I do that in the shower.
Thank you for your message. You are so thorough with your videos. It’s so helpful.
I’ve watched this so many times!! You did such a great job I’m gonna attempt mine now haha xx
haha Thank you!! How did your results turn out??
Was really good!!! But then I put a toner on which basically ended up being a brown dye as I did 1:1 ratio lol so now I have brown hair with it slightly lighter at front. But I love it 😻 xx
Question, So you just bleach your hair and don’t add any color to the bleached hair?? Hair looks amazing btw
U look fantastic and i love these hair videos sooo much !!!
I can’t do it for myself, you did a good job 🙌
Thank you 🤗
What shampoo and conditioner do you use on the daily, or do you use purple shampoo everyday?
the color looks good on you 😍😍😍😍😍you did a really good job❤️❤️❤️❤️ luv and kisses from Algeria
Girl! You do it need to use a 30 volume for a toner especially that wella toner! Use a 5-10 volume for less breakage but still looks beautiful
haha i learned that after posting this video! I just used what I had. But i did end up going back in with a demi permanent color in another video.
Wow looks beautiful keep it light
Thanks babe! I’m definitely gonna keep it!
Try and do smaller sections. The strands need to be saturated meaning a lot of bleach needs to be coated for the maximum lift. Overall you did a great job especially with all that long hair 😁
Omg I love it so much 😍
Can we apply bleach on hair that has been previously dyed? Or we need to use colour remover first?
Ok girl, my hair is the exact same color as yours in the before.....I'm gonna give an update after I get done. Hoping mine turns out as good as yours!
Good luck!! have you tried it yet??
@@DeanndraNunnery I did! I had a lot of orange undertones so I had to go back and use a blue base but after that it looks great.
I think it looks really nice on you! Thank you for sharing
Thanks for watching!
@@DeanndraNunnery You're welcome! I actually went out and tried bleaching my hair and shadowing my roots. OH MY GOD I survived! LOL
Love the result!!
Is it fairly safe to go over the pre lightened hair with the 30 volume ?
I love it! Don't add more brunette it looks amazing 😍
No way very beautiful ❤️
It looks SOOO good 😍😍😍
Thank you!! ❤️❤️❤️
Looks soooo good!
Can you please tell me how and when you use your Shea Moisture mask? I'll be adding more blonde to my hair in the next month or so but my hair is feeling a bit dry. Not very damaged or anything but it could use a little pick me up before I do my bleaching next month. By the way, you look stunning and your hair is perfect. I really enjoy your videos, thank you.
Thank you! So glad you enjoy!! I usually use it in the shower after regular conditioner. Let it sit for about 5 min.
I love your lipstick which one do you use?
I love it!! I want it!
Wow you have beautiful hair
Wow you should open a beauty salon already 😂
I saw you went back to your back hair and ended up dying the entire strand bc it was blotchy. Should we do that instead of dying part of it?
At 6:20 you dyed the entire thing,
And did you dye the top and bottom part of the strand?
Yes saturate the whole strand top to bottom. Someone said in a comment to do the roots first then the bottom like I did, helps the roots get lighter so it’s a more even color
She dyed the top and bottom because she notice the new growth was blonder than the ends. I personally don’t recommend it just because if you notice that she said the top is orange and that’s because she didn’t left long enough to process. The ends got more blonder than the top because it was already prelightened. So you can use a 30 like she use on the regrowth and use a lower developer on your previous blonde.
would you recommend washing out the first pieces you colored? So that way the pieces closer to your face won’t get orange?
Looks lovely
Nice and thick hair
Omg open your own hair salon !!! Your hair looks amazing I want that color 😩
Thank you so much!! ❤️ haha I would if I was professional!
Never tone with 30 volume! (I’m a hair colorist) only use 10 volume on towel dried hair or lower!
I used the blondme 20 vol developer with the wella toner, and I don't think they go together cos when washing it it had this cream gunk on my hair that doesn't wash off easily and took some washing off. And after my hair has dried omg it has bleached my hair like two levels up after 30 mins.( No bleach was used) and now j have no highlights visible also the toner after washing has not held the colour at all 😭 I'm golden like in Tangled. From hair like yours to gold with just blondme 20 vol Nd wella t35.
I think I need to buy the wella developer and not a cream developer. I'm so scared to use another 20 volume cos my hair will lighten more.
Omg si really love 💓 your necklace please where did you buy this one ?
Nice foundation makeup nice hair too
Noooooo keep it I love it
Omg love it 😍
So pretty
Love this!!
Thank you so much for this video I have always gone to the salon and paid ridiculous prices for my highlights I have just ordered everything you have used in this video and I’m going to attempt to do it all myself when everything arrives. Very helpful. I hope I’m as good as you!! Can I ask what volume developer you used?
How did it turn out? Are you still out of the salon?! Once I started cutting my hair on my own with the unicorn cut it really inspired me to learn how to color my hair myself I have not been to a salon in over two years!
@@lighteninggazelle816 my hair was very damaged and I regretted bleaching my hair on my own. I don’t recommend it to anybody. Thanks to my hair dressers my hair is fairly healthy now but it took a long time and money.
@@CypS60 ooh noo!!! My bleach is currently processing!!!! 😂😂😂😂I’ll keep you posted 😂 (second time ever using bleach)
Ok I’m done it actually turned out really good!!!! Whew!!!!
@@lighteninggazelle816 good! I’m glad to hear that because damaged hair is not easy to deal with 😂😂 maybe I over processed mine who knows 😁
I bought the products. Just waiting to get in to the mood to do it. Alot of maintenance. Lol. It looks great. You think wella t 11 will work?
Yes girl I have to be in the mood to do it too lol it’s such a long process! So from the comments, most people are saying get a Demi hair color with level 10 developer not a wella toner. They’re too light for dark highlights. Gonna do a toning video soon!
Looks good!
Omg... if I do what you did I would be bald. My hair is way to dry to put so much stuff. It came out nice
Lol yea I’m trying to figure out what I’m gonna do next time bc my hair did get a little more damaged this time 😬
I'm going to do this but do you have any recommendations of Less expensive bleach products? Those are $50 and I just want to do it once. Thank you! Beautiful job!
Thank you!! You could just get a bleach package and some developer from Sally’s if you don’t want boxed bleach BUT I really like this box kit , it’s never done me wrong. It was my go to before I bought this. I will say if your hair is long or thick, get 2 just in case!
amzn.to/3a3lUdV
Super cute!!!
Thanks!
Hey girlie, you are very beautiful either way. 😎💕
I have grown my thick dark wavy hair really long
Thinking of following your videos & highlighting
Question
Looking back,
A why did you go back to dark now?
B would you ‘blonde it out again’ or do you regret it?
Thanks in advance
Hey!! I went back dark because I got bored of the blonde. Not really any other reason other than I just like to change my hair a lot lol.
I loved the blonde, no regrets at all! I’m actually thinking of going light again soon.
@@DeanndraNunnery thanks for the feedback
Please don’t rub the bleach in your hair like that. Your hair needs to be fully saturated with lightener to avoid splotchy or uneven results. Turned out very pretty, good job.
Thanks!! AGAIN, not a professional and I just do what works for me. I’ve never gotten splotchy results in any of my videos...
@@DeanndraNunnery of course!! Looks great I was just offering a small pointer :)
I do need to do this!
Very beautiful❤
I love it 🥰
Wonderful 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Kisses from Italy ( Rome )😘😘😘
Thank you!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️ love from Texas!!
Can you do my hair? Girl that looks so good!!! 🤩
Hahaha thank you!! And I totally would!! ❤️❤️
Is the bottom of your hair all the same color or there still some dark? If so when you bleach the roots, you bleach all the strand or just the top part? I need to fix my roots but I still have brown mixed with the blonde at the bottom, so I'm scare that when I section the hair I will taking the brown as well. Should I bleach all the strand? By the way your hair looks amazing and I'm so jealous of you ahaha 😂
It’s all highlighted pretty light. Not the same color but it’s not dark brown anymore, more blondish. If you want to see how I did just the roots and not the ends here’s another root touch up video on how I did that. ruclips.net/video/NRzQm1T8lS8/видео.html
@@DeanndraNunnery I still have dark brown at the bottom, do you think I should bleach all the strand?
Keep the color!
Beautiful
use a demi permanent pleaseee, it has helped me even out my blonde or even bring it a shade down! i would recommend wella demi! it’s @ Sally’s (:
Omg thank you so much!! I’ve never had to tone my hair before so I was winging it!! Gonna do another toning video soon! 💕
I bought everything I need and now am scared to do it 😂but you make it look easy....
Lol have you done it yet??
Not yet, am still waiting for the toner, and the comb, so definitely next weekend 😱wish me luck 🤞😊😉
@@chiqui3216 So smart!! It's gonna be worth the wait!! good luck babe!! ❤️❤️
@@DeanndraNunnery thank you, I'll let you know how I get on😊
Beautiful 😍👏👏👏👏
Thanks! 🥰💕💕💕
I’ve followed these a couple of times and it just does not turn out they same. My hair doesn’t respond the same to the bleach as yours, it looks horrible. LOL(not this blonde mix but the ones before- the caps)
Love your accent
Oh em gee!!! thank you so muuuuuch my hair came out absolutely aahmazing no orange on my first try you saved me so much money I have long thick hair it would of cost me $180 for a touch up on my roots 🙄 I will never go back to a salon again 😀❤️
Yayyyy!! Glad I could help! I’m the same girl, forever a kitchen beautician haha ♥️♥️
Where is your sweater from at the end babe?😍❤️
It’s from SHEIN rstyle.me/cz-n/erdvr5cgntx
I have a 15%off code too, should work until December 6th 😘 S35mh
I love it too it's beautiful...in your opinion is it itchy or is it soft?
It’s really soft actually! Not itchy at all
30 vol w/ toner?? Never, also not w/ BlondeMe developer which it’s purpose is to, only be used w/ BlondeMe products. Toners have their own developers, which are normally no higher than 6vol..this is why us hairstylist cringe when this type of information is put out their. Schwarzkopf products also are only guaranteed when purchased from distributor/salon. Also it’s mixed 2:1 (2 parts developer 1 part bleach)
Toner= tone down, eliminate unwanted tones, deposit..
30vol will lift 2-3 levels & not deposit/correct unwanted tones.
Reason for so much warmth/gold/yellow in hair: •don’t rub bleach into hair •saturation gives u level of lightness •heavy saturation = very light •light saturation = not as light (more warmer tone(s) •once bleach is dried out/not enough applied/rubbed in, u get very minimal lift. •This is not me trying to be rude, just stating facts, as a hairstylist of 23 yrs.
thanks for the tips babe!
You dont need a silver shampoo?
use blue shampoo for orange/brassy hair. purple for yellow hair.
@@DeanndraNunnery I bleached my hair and it turned out Orange Gold.what should I do now ,if u want like a honey blond?
Thats cuz you overlapped the bleach where the hair was already bleached
But looks good
Eu amei ❤💯
Keep it like that very suit you
Thank you, That's the plan
