That's the second I've seen this worlds I wonder if it's a glitch in the observer? Seems like that would effect the game significantly... Both times it's been carries getting caught out but they haven't called a pause so I wonder if it's different in the client
They're visual bugs not him getting a ranged ability all of a sudden. Very common unfortunately for years now with worlds every year happens often in games. In their game client it was normal and so no it wouldnt affect the game~

When Gen.G tried to finish it this same game they got rekt altho they got the buff. And with ashe arrow and gragas predator and volibear Q this teams chase down potential is nice so too risky for LGD. Peanut can dash over wall but senna syndra leona all immobile and renek not there.
Personally I really enjoyed watching this live. It was so close that any of them could win.
