Will this blocked stock entries(movement type-344&350) create any accounting entries?

Unrestricted-Quality-Blocked
Any movements among these three won't generate any accounting entries in normal business transactions. So both 344 and 350 won't generate accounting documents. You can also test the same in your system and confirm here
