Fan Made is correct. It is from the animation Project: "The Heretic" It's been a while since I watched it, but you might as well. It has some decent animation, good acting and all that stuff.
@Retardo64 There's a table that shows a picture, name, desc, and a large bar that says "donwloads" and you right click on one that suits you (I recommend HD)
