I had the Poco F1 it was running fine for the last 3 years(I bought it on the first sale itself).It stopped getting any type of updates,One fine day I saw an update regarding security patch I updated my device within 1 day my phone went dead. I didn't say anything because at that point of time in early 2022 users didn't report any motherboard malfunction issues but now I understand it was a planned update that was pushed out to make the phone dead. After that I bought 2-3 devices in my family and suggested 10-20 to friends and relatives but never did I ever tell them to buy any poco device. An absolute fraud company.

Using POCO m2 pro since 3 yrs , with no major problem. Only problem was ghost touch, which generally happens due to back cover, as soon as I remove the cover then phone starts working fine

I faced motherboard dead issues with my poco x2 and poco x3 pro. X2 died during lockdown so when lockdown was lifted I went to the service centre and they asked for 9800 rupees. My x3 pro died in 5 months only and that got free of cost motherboard change but then it again died in more 3 months. It was just a horrible experience with poco. I bought realme gt2 pro last year and am very much happy with the device. Atleast I don't have to live in a constant fear that my device is gonna die anytime.
One of my friends had faced the motherboard issue with his Poco Device they took the phone for 1.5 months but the issue isn't resolved currently he is using a basic phone. I would like to thank you for bringing up the users issue and problems. I have been following Techno Ruhez since he started RUclips, always loves and supports you ❤
I have been using Poco F1 for about 5 years and I am satisfied it. The price i got this phone at was unbelievable. Is it a perfect phone? No. Is it the best value to money? Absolutely, no phone can touch it in this regard. Does it come with bugs? Yes but nothing that would be a deal breaker. I ordered the latest poco f5 and InshaAllah will use it for the next 5 years without any issues.

The only problem i have with it is that it does not allow auto call recording which sucks for me coz recording calls is very important to me. None of the 3rd party call recordnng apps work. The only way to record it is from the dialer and there is an announcement that the call is being recording and that can be heard by the other party too so its no good.
I have 2 poco phones. 1 is poco X2 and other one is poco X3 pro. My poco X3 pro's front camera is dead and battery lasts approx 1 and half hour after 1 year which was a horrible experience but poco X2 i bought earlier is still performing awesome. I am using my poco X2 and nothing phone 1. Both give same battery performance. A little bit difference.
Honest Ruhez bhai..I have stopped suggesting poco phones to subscribers as I have personally faced motherboard dead ( poco x2) and selfie camera dead ( Poco X3) issues in relative phones.
I have a redmi 8 since 2020 February and it's still good today the only problems I faced was battery drainage and ghost touch which doesn't happen anymore I would say it's a very good device so I decided to upgrade this year so I have decided I will go with Iqoo Z9 since they have no bad issues

Two brothers of mine had Poco X3 Pro and both phone died after update. Phones were under warranty and when they contacted service centre, their phones were replaced with Poco X4 Pro by the company at no cost. It was surprising for me. Both phones are running well now.

From an observation, that vertical line issue is occurring in OLED displays with very thin chin/no to little bezels. If the phone has a fat chin or slightly thicker bezels, OLED screen is not having vertical line issues. e.g. Samsung M-series not having any issues but S series having tons. Premium ones with no chin like OnePlus also facing same issue. Just an observation. Please comment if your phone has a fat chin and still got vertical lines.
Overall I would like to appreciate ruhez bhai for making such a eye-opening video for all the poco users who are suffering from this pain..such a brand should strictly think on it and should solve all user problems rather than only launching phones by phones... literally a great initiative to ruhez bhai 🔥💯🙌

I used poco m2 it was aa good for a year but just 1 month after my warranty period ended it's network ic was gone and all the motherboard needed to be changed and it will cost ₹6500 for a ₹10500 smartphone. Hat's off to you man. You are really doing great job ❤.

I had Poco X2 Phoenix Red 64 GB in 2020 after 10th board I faced 1) Rear camera dead (after 1.2 years) 2) SD card not supported (after 1.6 years) 3) SIM card also not supported (after 1.6 years) 4) And after resetting my device the display was not taking touch respond (after 1.6 years) 5) My two close friends had the same motherboard issue after update but I had faced ordinary problems 😂 Now I have Poco X2 completely paralysed 😢

Mostly this is happening in Indian varients.The software doesn’t have any cpu throttle down command while overheating on installing the update via reboot. Then the cpu conneting balls gets melted so various hardwares loses connection with the cpu thus the problems like camera dead phone dead happens. It can be fixed by cpu reballing. In our country Bangladesh a tech channel named ATC(Android TO TO Company) made a video with one of the best technician of our country who came up with this fix. Sorry for my poor english
Tho not such a Big problem in europe? Cause I think about buying the f5 over the pixel 7a hard too decide. Tried realme but it has microphone noices while using discord. No matter if I used the headphone jack or usb port. Realme 9pro plus. Don't want samsung cause their optimization in the a series is too poor.

Thank you bhai for speaking up. My brother's Poco X3 Pro motherboard had issues and service center said it will cost 10K since 18months completed, i have given outside for repair they repaired foe 3K after 7 days. After repair i exchanged it with OnePlus since i lost trust on Xiaomi.
Don't blame xiaomi for poco They are different even though they come under umbrella I used k20pro for 3 years and k50i now I didn't saw any major issues

Seriously the phone was not 2 years old and it doesn't make any sense to spend 15K on an old phone. This is certainly a use-and-throw brand. I have been a Poco fan since Poco F1, Poco F1 was my first device, I used it for gaming and was very much impressed with its camera, it used to produce great photos and videos then I got Poco X3 pro and became a victim with the same motherboard dead issue. I got a Poco x3 pro knowing the fact that the camera isn't that great. But not anymore i lose trust in poco. Now I have Iqoo Neo7 and I'm happy like never before.

Its true sir, my mother's POCO F4 didn't connect to sim card after 2 months of use. The service center employees were witty and tricked me multiple times that your phone got fixed and returned. But finally they got it fixed after 2.5 months naming motherboard issue when they promised me that it would only take a week. My mother used to curse me a lot as I suggested it😅.

I have poco x3 and one day suddenly speakers just stopped working. Service center said Mother Board issue but there is no guarantee after fixing it your phone may permanently be dead.
My poco x3 pro MB got dead but fortunately They replaced it with redmi note 10 pro, My phone had 3 months of warranty after this my Best friend too had poco x3 pro which was suggested by me for gaming after using my own phone after 5 months, But after sometime i think 6 month's his Mb got dead too but they didn't replaced it.They took 1.5 months to repair his MB, he had to go through lot cause we were having exams and there are lot of Pdfs we saved.. After this no more Xiaomi

Some Poco Mobiles have these problems but some mobiles does not have any issues. But we have to use poco mobiles carefully. If we use carelessly mobile is dead. its true...(i have heard so from other poco users who faced probs with their phone after software update)... .i am having a Poco X3 Pro(since dec 2021), haven't updated it even once... didn't get any issues till now... in my past phone(Realme 3 pro) i saw that with updates....the battery life is shortening and lagging is becoming more...so i just decided to not update in the nxt phone i get....so in this poco x3 pro one its all good as of now, since no updates done.
I also have Poco X4 Pro 5G . Really I don't face issues till now but after seeing this video I am little bit afraid as it causes half of my salary and even I have upgraded from my Samsung J6 after 5 years without any issues. I have been using Poco F1 for about 5 years and I am satisfied it. The price i got this phone at was unbelievable. Is it a perfect phone? No. Is it the best value to money? Absolutely, no phone can touch it in this regard. Does it come with bugs? Yes but nothing that would be a deal breaker. I ordered the latest poco f5 and InshaAllah will use it for the next 5 years without any issues.

The only problem i have with it is that it does not allow auto call recording which sucks for me coz recording calls is very important to me. None of the 3rd party call recordnng apps work. The only way to record it is from the dialer and there is an announcement that the call is being recording and that can be heard by the other party too so its no good.

I have 2 poco phones. 1 is poco X2 and other one is poco X3 pro. My poco X3 pro's front camera is dead and battery lasts approx 1 and half hour after 1 year which was a horrible experience but poco X2 i bought earlier is still performing awesome. I am using my poco X2 and nothing phone 1. Both give same battery performance. A little bit difference.

I have a redmi 8 since 2020 February and it's still good today the only problems I faced was battery drainage and ghost touch which doesn't happen anymore I would say it's a very good device so I decided to upgrade this year so I have decided I will go with Iqoo Z9 since they have no bad issues

Two brothers of mine had Poco X3 Pro and both phone died after update. Phones were under warranty and when they contacted service centre, their phones were replaced with Poco X4 Pro by the company at no cost. It was surprising for me. Both phones are running well now.

From an observation, that vertical line issue is occurring in OLED displays with very thin chin/no to little bezels. If the phone has a fat chin or slightly thicker bezels, OLED screen is not having vertical line issues. e.g. Samsung M-series not having any issues but S series having tons. Premium ones with no chin like OnePlus also facing same issue. Just an observation. Please comment if your phone has a fat chin and still got vertical lines.
Overall I would like to appreciate ruhez bhai for making such a eye-opening video for all the poco users who are suffering from this pain..such a brand should strictly think on it and should solve all user problems rather than only launching phones by phones... literally a great initiative to ruhez bhai 🔥💯🙌

I used poco m2 it was aa good for a year but just 1 month after my warranty period ended it's network ic was gone and all the motherboard needed to be changed and it will cost ₹6500 for a ₹10500 smartphone.

I had Poco X2 Phoenix Red 64 GB in 2020 after 10th board
I faced 1) Rear camera dead (after 1.2 years)
2) SD card not supported (after 1.6 years)
3) SIM card also not supported (after 1.6 years)
4) And after resetting my device the display was not taking touch respond (after 1.6 years)
5) My two close friends had the same motherboard issue after update but I had faced ordinary problems 😂
Now I have Poco X2 completely paralysed 😢

Mostly this is happening in Indian varients.The software doesn’t have any cpu throttle down command while overheating on installing the update via reboot. Then the cpu conneting balls gets melted so various hardwares loses connection with the cpu thus the problems like camera dead phone dead happens.
It can be fixed by cpu reballing. In our country Bangladesh a tech channel named ATC(Android TO TO Company) made a video with one of the best technician of our country who came up with this fix.

My brother's Poco X3 Pro motherboard had issues and service center said it will cost 10K since 18months completed, i have given outside for repair they repaired foe 3K after 7 days.
After repair i exchanged it with OnePlus since i lost trust on Xiaomi.

I have been a Poco fan since Poco F1, Poco F1 was my first device, I used it for gaming and was very much impressed with its camera, it used to produce great photos and videos then I got Poco X3 pro and became a victim with the same motherboard dead issue. I got a Poco x3 pro knowing the fact that the camera isn't that great. But not anymore i lose trust in poco. Now I have Iqoo Neo7 and I'm happy like never before.
Same been a fan since F1 but my last phone Poco X3 Pro lasted 21 months only. Went dead and never turned on again. Very disappointing.

Its true sir, my mother's POCO F4 didn't connect to sim card after 2 months of use. The service center employees were witty and tricked me multiple times that your phone got fixed and returned. But finally they got it fixed after 2.5 months naming motherboard issue when they promised me that it would only take a week. My mother used to curse me a lot as I suggested it😅.

I have poco x3 and one day suddenly speakers just stopped working.
Service center said Mother Board issue but there is no guarantee after fixing it your phone may permanently be dead.
My poco x3 pro MB got dead but fortunately They replaced it with redmi note 10 pro, My phone had 3 months of warranty after this my Best friend too had poco x3 pro which was suggested by me for gaming after using my own phone after 5 months, But after sometime i think 6 month's his Mb got dead too but they didn't replaced it.They took 1.5 months to repair his MB, he had to go through lot cause we were having exams and there are lot of Pdfs we saved.. After this no more Xiaomi

in my past phone(Realme 3 pro) i saw that with updates....the battery life is shortening and lagging is becoming more...so i just decided to not update in the nxt phone i get....so in this poco x3 pro one its all good as of now, since no updates done.
I also have Poco X4 Pro 5G . Really I don't face issues till now but after seeing this video I am little bit afraid as it causes half of my salary and even I have upgraded from my Samsung J6 after 5 years without any issues. A brand which was started superbly from Poco F4 has now ignoring the Customers. Thank you TechnoRuhez sir for making this video as my mom was gonna buy Poco M4 Pro 5G .
