Cyberpunk 2077 - How to get the Mackinaw ''Demiurge'' monster truck!!

After watching the video by @dpjsc (linked below) on how to get the Demiurge, I saw several comments saying things like "it's not true" and "it doesn't work".
So, I wanted to make a video of the whole process that he describes but no cuts just a speed increase to the parts your stood around doing nothing.
