    This really hit deep, I feel like it made me realize how avoidant I’ve been. I feel like a coward who can’t face reality, but I’m going to be better. I’m giving it a real shot.

    I hope you're doing fine after your parents' deaths, man. I lost my father at the end of 2019. Destroyed me completely. It's been 5 years, and I've had depression and been suicidal for the last 4 years, but this year I changed and I rediscovered what it really feels like to live. I'm now the happiest person on planet Earth (that might actually be the case). I went from wanting to die to loving the shittiest of days. But the point is, I know the pain of losing a parent. It destroys you. But both? Nah man! I'm glad you're doing better. Hope your parents are in a better place.

    This video came at the most perfect time, I’ve been on my self development journey and I was sitting in bed upset cause I can feel myself getting burnt out and my old habits coming back and I felt like I was in a task paralysis and I couldn’t understand as to why for some reason I just can’t seem to get up and do what I gotta do, then the notification for this video popped up. These videos are really helpful keep doing what you’re doing Tyson much love🖤

    When I found you a few months ago I was at the lowest I've ever been. And then I started to get better by consuming only good useful content like yours. Now I just started to feel lost and hopeless. Just then you posted this video and my mind feels a lot clearer. As always thankyou for being the elder brother I never had and know that I'm proud of you ❤

    Hi I am 27 from india, I had a very traumatic childhood plus traumatic relationship with people. Everyone let me down there’s no support in my life on even a single person. Right now i am too much hyper active but not seeing any result of being that much active and i cannot connect on calls with people i feel little awkward. I have a good job but this is not the life i want, i have big dreams and potential.

    Losing your parents must have been tough... I mean having to fend for yourself? Thanks for the video but i feel like a rock that cannot change its position no matter how much its kicked. But from your video, i realize emotions or feelings are like adverse to development. Its hard but I won't give up, I wish I could wake up tomorrow and suddenly just be a competent medical student and a good daughter. Summary of this video: don't be a freaking pushover when it comes to life. Got it 👍

    I'm a last-year high school student, and hopefully, I will graduate withing 5 months. I'm confused about two options in front of me
    first of all, I already decided to take a year off before going to college and in that year I need to think about do I need to go or not. my confusion is about what to do in that gap year as I said two things are on my mind
    1. experience: I divide that whole year into 2 months of 6 parts. In the first 2 months, I do around 4 to 8 different jobs or work ( eg catering, cleaning, volunteering, working in different shops for 1 to 2 weeks, etc ). The purpose of this is not to make money but do different thing at least find out what I hate to do. second part contains 2 to 3 months where I work to make money. third part contains 2 month of travel most likely solo. and then I deside what I need to do next go to collage, take an online degree or no degree. note during the gap year time I also learn high income skills
    summary experience different job > work to make money > travel > find out what to do next and go for it
    2. go for entrepreneurship: pick a niche > find the problem you want to solve > find the solution > learn the skills > sell and make money. then if I think I need degree I will goi for it
    which now will I choose? Or what will you choose if you're in my shoes?

    What if you had a choice, the first choice is to allow yourself to fall and everyone thinks it's bad but in your opinion it's good, and the second choice is to continue but you know you'll fail but in a lesser way and that's what others tell you, but you want to give yourself complete failure because you know it will restore something inside you, what will you choose?

    Have a question, I don't like to work with consistency anymore. Because it doesn't help me to think outta the box. But when I'm working at the very last moment, I come up with creative solution and ideas. Is this unhealthy??

    • @jessepinkman1121
      @jessepinkman1121 2 дня назад +1

      I don't know if I'm capable of answering such questions still my answer to your questions is if you're reaching your ultimate goal with the method you do then you should stick to it. It doesn't matter how you do it. If you're accomplishing your goals, targets. You shouldn't think much about it then. Just stick to it. Because all of us in the end want our goal to be fulfilled. And if you're reaching your goals. It cannot be unhealthy

    • @notsebbyy
      @notsebbyy 17 часов назад +1

      Look everybody has their own quirks and ways of doing things! Don't be afraid to do what works for you but at the same time if you're running from this "consistency" you're referring to simply because you're afraid and it's 'hard,' then perhaps rethink that. Yes, it often seems like working at the very last moment can generate 'miracle' ideas but at the same time, that often has to do with more psychological explanations with regards to last-minute stress. Whereas suppose you started working earlier, and you put in the hours of being in a state of discomfort, those 'miracle' ideas might have come at a price (ie time and discomfort) but they would've come earlier than if you waited last minute. There's a degree of risk that comes with waiting and just because you're getting good results doesn't necessarily mean it's the right thing to do. Obviously I don't know your situation but just keep that in mind, okay? :)

    Question -
    When you say hyperfixating - does that mean just one problem or more than one problem? And if it's more than one problem, then isn't that contracting hyperfixating itself?

    • @notsebbyy
      @notsebbyy 17 часов назад

      He was referring to one problem at a time when meditating! Not to say that you can't fix more than one issue but rather to focus on one until you're confident you've 'fixed' it. However, not necessarily to have achieved something big but to gain some sort of consistent lead on bettering yourself in that aspect before moving onto another issue!

  • @superloop8366
    @superloop8366 2 дня назад +2

    Hi Tyson, you talked about "Deep Meditation" can we be more specific about it, like any specific iterations to reach that liminal space you talked about. And what I face is "loosing meaning in things" I often find myself trapped, I promise myself I would do the most important things only, and when I start a task, i think I could do something else which has higher ROI. And with this I loose the flow state and often destroy my day. What should be my mental model and If I start meditating, how can I make it most efficient. :)

    • @notsebbyy
      @notsebbyy 17 часов назад

      I think you're simply not thinking hard enough. Be logical with the way you meditate because ultimately at the end of the day it's a conversation between yourself and perhaps some higher order being if you believe in that. What I'm trying to say is to take it really slow and go through what you want, what you prioritise in life, what you see yourself doing in the future. If the issue is ROI taking priority, then there must be a reason for your conscious mind to want to pursue those things over others. If that's something you haven't yet realised for yourself then perhaps it's something to look into, but if it's something that's undesirable, then focus on reframing your mental network to not prioritise that 'thing' so much. Be deliberate with the way you talk to yourself and really delve into what you consider 'important' and why. It's not about being efficient when you first start but rather about being specific. Efficiency will come naturally when you are better at talking to yourself and really understand what it is that you want! Hope that can help a little bit :)

    • @notsebbyy
      @notsebbyy 17 часов назад

      Why picture what your higher self would look like when you can actually BE that higher self. Try to live the way your 'higher self' would live like, try to think like that person, try to love like that person. Envisioning that future is worthless if there's never any action that's made and thus any progress towards BECOMING that higher self! :)
