I don't think that the blonde works on her, but in any case, unless a woman has very larrge or protruding ears, (if she is going this short), exposed ears and neck make the cut stand out.
I must admit, I am not a big fan of the side bang thing hanging down in her face. They are just a bit to long for my taste. I prefer them to be a bit shorter so that they can be curled back out of her face more. Just my personal opinion.

Cute model, but the long hair was to much, it was pulling her face down, and covering up her features... It's good to see it coming off.
