This was a great game!
How do you fix when your player is lagging around but your ping isn’t bad?
Maybe try switching over to NA or EU (whichever you don't usually play) to isolate the issue.
For some reason when i went to sleep last night in normal fortnite i was getting like 240 fps but know this morning im only gettings like 60
Maybe something else running in the background or you accidently switched out of performance mode?

how you playing against 40 ppl in my lobbies there are like 15 maximum 😭
This was an unusually large game, but playing afternoon to evening on weekends will get you the best results. Also see if you get playable ping to EU, there will be many more players there.
What the most zero dely fics?
I don't quite understand what you are asking? You mean zero delay settings?
Pickax
Unless there is a bug in EZFN, all pickaxes swing at the same rate, so there is no zero delay pickaxe, to my knowledge.
