Good battle , hope to see Lethal back in the next DFI...nice to see some lads flipping verses...Rob had some great punches though and it definitely would have been o/t if he didn't mess up in the third...he came back really well against Bony and killed it anyway but took a step backwards against Shapey as he stumbled a few times.
@coadsterlego written battles are what people want to see these days (most popular UK, Canadian and US leagues are prewritten). Both formats have their pros and cons. Everytime someone does a freestyle battle channel on RUclips they get crap views so not much point in doing them at the moment. Might change in the future.
@coadsterlego you're not comparing like with like. The reason TheSaurus v IronSolomon has a million views is it's on RUclips 4 years, before RUclips was saturated with battle videos. Grind Time (written league) is now the market leader they've comparable numbers. Better to compare ArtOfFreestyle (UK freestyle league) with Don't Flop (written league) and the numbers are pretty damning. KoTD (Canadian league) do both formats, written gets more views.

A lot of the Jump Off stuff was dubious in that respect as well you could tell there were prewrittens slipped in there. Formats change over time. Things go in and out of fashion. Otherwise things get stale.

That was great. Stumbles happen at least it didn't decide anything. Lethal Dialect brings a different style to this. Nice to have a bit of diversity.
