I know you speak on anxiety but for some reason maybe because you talk about it I feel like my anxiety lowers whenever I watch your videos. I also have TMI and would love a good facial 😍 I had physiotherapy bc of it but it didn’t really do that much, they even got into my mouth to try to relax or adjust the muscle, I almost felt like I was at the dentist 😂

Hey Kristen, I know you talk about getting acupuncture a lot and I was wondering if you've ever gotten it for your TMJ? I just recently got diagnosed with it as well and my jaw has been locked for months, nothing I do has helped and I've been considering trying acupuncture.
