The Surreal Life (2003) Starring Gabrielle Carteris, MC Hammer, Corey Feldman, Emmanuel Lewis, Jerri Manthey, Vince Neil, and Brande Roderick. Throughout the two-week production the cast participated in a Survivor-inspired camping trip, a trip to Las Vegas. Corey Feldman married his girlfriend in the season finale.
Recorded inside Glen Campbell's former mansion in the Hollywood Hills, California.
Series Premiere January 9, 2003.
This presentation was broadcast by The WB KBWB-TV Cable Channel 13 San Francisco on December 27, 2002. It was shown during the commercial break period of the What I Like About You show. It was recorded with a TiVo Series 3 hard drive based DVR. It was enhanced with artificial intelligence software.

Dude. Things have changed a lot since this show began airing. It has changed networks twice including VH1 and MTV which are incredibly popular networks. Regarding the celebrities which were part of the first season of The Surreal Life they have their own controversies which I am not qualified to have an opinion on.
I simply wish to share televised history. If anyone wishes to add their opinion then so be it. Who am I to be an arbiter.
