ऐसा नही है भाई, उस टाईम पर टेक्नोलॉजी का उतना क्रेज नही था इसलिए एक्सप्लेनेशन में सिर्फ बुक का ही use किया जा सकता था। टेक्नोलॉजी ने पिछले 8 से 10 साल में इंडिया में अपनी पकड़ मजबूत बनाई हैं जिसके बाद भी अब भी सरकारी स्कूलों में कम्प्यूटर्स तक नही है। अब जाकर कुछ स्कूलों में जहां पर वोकेशनल टीचर्स की भर्ती का ठेका प्राइवेट ऑर्गनाइजेशन ने लिया है जिनकी वजह से सरकारी स्कूलों में कम्प्यूटर्स और स्मार्ट बोर्ड पैनल्स लगने शुरू हुए है लेकिन उन्हें चलाने के लिए भी टीचर्स को कोई ट्रेनिंग नही दी जा रही है और वो कमरों में लगे पड़े पड़े खराब हो रहै है। खैर, जो भी है पर पहले के टीचर्स ने भी उनके स्तर पर जितना हो सका हमे बेहतर शिक्षा देने की कोशिश की है।

Secondly the filament you're talking about is made up of tungsten (used in incandescent bulbs not LED's) and tungsten has a very high melting point about 3400° C which is ideal to sustain the heat produced. And that's the whole fact why tungsten is efficient in maintaining is sustainability and hence it doesn't catches fire or melts. Now addressing the question, resistors have certain ratings stated for their application, beyond which, it wouldn't be efficient to dissipate heat, and resistors are basically designed that way, they convert the electrical energy into heat energy and dissipate it in the surroundings, so unless you stress the resistor with power beyond its rated capacity it will work fine without catching fire.
@@gwpankaj2212 If you're talking about traditional regulators (having resistors) The power consumption is unaffected despite how lower you decrease the speed, because the resistor works by mostly hindering the current so by increasing the resistance you're just decreasing the current and much of the electricity gets dissipated in the form of heat, the more you increase the resistance, the more electricity will be dissipated in the form of heat. As a result, the fan will be operating on lower current but the same amount of power will be consumed. So if you turn the regulator to the maximum speed, you're decreasing the resistance and hence the fan utilizes most of the current supplied to it and vice versa.

I think the regulator in the video is modern regulator which works by generating PWM signal which decreases the power loss. However, old regulators works as shown in the video. In old regulators, the total power consumed by fan at any speed is same. Correct me if I am wrong. ❤

How voltage will decreases when resistance is increases, voltage should be increases acc. to ohms law V= IR?
R is a constant of proportionality provided in ohm's law formula and we can't change the value of R by changing any other value in that formula but we can change any other value in the formula by changing the value of R so if resistance will increase voltage will decrease and when resistance will decrease voltage will increase

I think the regulator in the video is modern regulator which works by generating PWM signal which decreases the power loss. However, old regulators works as shown in the video. In old regulators, the total power consumed by fan at any speed is same. Correct me if I am wrong. ❤
