Hey man, I wish so too but I think their promotional videos are primarily focused for international recruits since ADB in itself engages in international banking practice and as such focuses on expatriates.

locals obviously paid peanuts compared to expats, great place to work though, i was blown away when i first entered their HQ office some 15 yrs ago.
