I take care of my grandmother everyday when no one else in family gives her their time meanwhile I'm the one constantly suffering and alone everyday, and struggling. I am trying to build but feels like no one is on my side not even God. I just need a little help and not to be forced to constant fight battles that aren't moving me forward.

The Biblical Truth IS ... No one is Good..EXCEPT GOD ALONE!
Luke 18:19
And Jesus said to him, “Why do you call me good? No one is good except God alone.
Matt 15:19: “For out of the heart proceed evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, fornications, thefts, false witness, blasphemies.”
Mark 7:21-23: “For from within, out of the heart of men, proceed evil thoughts, adulteries, fornications, murders, "thefts, covetousness, wickedness, deceit, lewdness, an evil eye, blasphemy, pride, foolishness." All these evil things come from within and defile a man”
Just as Jeremiah described (Jer 17:9-10)"The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked; who can know it? I, the LORD, search the heart, I test the mind, even to give every man according to his ways, according to the fruit of his doings.”
Paul gives a lengthy explanation of the state of mankind (this is only a portion)
Rom. 3:10-12: “As it is written: "There is none righteous, no, not one; There is none who understands; there is none who seeks after God. They have all turned aside; they have together become unprofitable; there is none who does good, no, not one."
