I have been struggling with the feeling of loneliness since the covid -19 pandemic lockdown may/2020 . And at October 2020 I got back bone injury ( no need surgery ) due to falling while playing flying fox . I am retired , beforehand I lived with my brother until he passed away . At that time I lived in present , no regret for the past and did not think about future .
Since the last few months , every nights I have listen the video of plum village to overcome the feeling of loneliness and anxiety , Besides talking via internet to my old colleagues who migrated to USA , Canada , Australia and my siblings in Viet Nam .
