It's true. Walt was a mediocre artist who could barely even draw Mickey Mouse. His real genius was finding and exploiting talented people to create products that had the Disney name on them. Look at his first animated film, Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. Walt Disney didn't direct it, he didn't write it, didn't design the characters or do the animations. What he did was produce it: he started a studio that hired people to do all that for him, oversaw that work, and make them keep trying until they met his standards. Honestly, not all that different from Kanye.
