I’ve been living in rented apartments mostly but last year my family got a house and we changed the flooring and paint, I wish we could have changed the layout itself to become more suited for us. I’m very happy to see you get your own house and be able to change it to suit you. It’s a very special feeling to have a place to call home that you got to create for your own needs. I’m seriously envious, I hope you will feel safe and warm in your home and make a lot of good memories.
전 첨에 이렇게 꼼꼼하게 하지못하고 대충했는데 욕실도 제대로 안되엇고 특히 부엌, 첨에 얘기한거와 달랐는데 그냥 했어요 숫뚜님처럼 꼼꼼했으면 정말 좋았을텐데 처음으로 내집에 리모델링하면서 들어왔는데 이름만 들으면 알만한 브랜드인데도 막상해보니 다시는 여기서 하지말아야겠다했네요 바쁘다고 제대로 체크못한게 참 많았거든요 전 좀 더 시간지나서 다시 리모델링하려고 생각중입니다 덕분에 많이 배우고 있읍니다
quality paint selected! when you ask for certain products and you are paying, that's what you should receive. i glad to see that you stood your ground and the correct product was installed. i am sure that when you move in, it will be exactly what you wanted. biggest problem with construction, program manager keeping constant communications with his workers and making sure they are there when needed. your schedule is always subject to change due to changes that the owner reconsiders during the process or the contractor not complying with the contract resulting in rework, normally it runs over 10% to 15% unless there are major issued uncovered during the process. it looks like you and bebe will be very comfortable in your new house... 👍😎
Really nice to see the space slowly transform. I already like the minimalist look of the kitchen with the huge window even before it’s complete. Can’t wait to see the completed space. 💕☺️

It's a long process and you can learn so much from these kind of situations. The most important is, to have patience and positive vibes. I know how you feel, I experienced so much construction sites, renovations, cultivation, modification in my life. Something isn't working as expected etc ... But at the end, you can lean back and finally enjoy your new home with Bebe, family and friends ❤

Speaking of the area in chapter 3 I vote for either a useful cabinet or a decorated space which will become one of the apartment gems, like with a huuuuge mirror on the wall and a drawer with some decor in top or a huge vase on the floor plus a big painting on the wall with some special illumination. Sorry for interrupting your thoughts with unsolicited advices though 😅 Love you!!
Hi, I like the work you are doing in the house. I had the same situation in mine a couple of years ago. I didn’t know what to do with one of the rooms, then I decided to divide it in two spaces, an office an a walking closet. if you don’t know what to do with the small space, you can use it as a linen closet, or a pantry. Just put some shelfs and you can store anything. It will be useful, because you will find a purpose for it.

Where I am from, it is extremely difficult to have your own space and even more expensive to decorate it as per your preference. As a 20 something, it's my dream to have my own space but it's almost impossible. Nonetheless, I've been watching your videos for years now. Right from your old house to this one. I'd put a Cabinet in that small space, maybe to put cleaning utensils , or whatever else, in there. :D Love how it comes together nicely, quite excited for the end result. Also: good that you tell them everytime something is not right. Trying to Plan everything and explain at best and still get it done wrong is the worst that can happen. Your home is shaping up beautifully! I have an idea for the small space. You could place a staffli / easel there and have your own atelier art area. With a strong natural light and a shelf to hold pots and paints it could be a special spot for painting 🙂 the space is a good shape for a standing easel I think!

It looked like the empty space you don't know what to do with is right next to the kitchen. If so, you could make a pantry to store your food items that don't need to be in the fridge. If it's far from the kitchen I would just make a closet...you can never have enough storage space!

인테리어를 여러 번 해보면서 느낀건.. 한번에 잘 된 적이 없다, 의사 소통에 문제가 있다, 내 눈에 거슬리는 무언가가 남아있다..
정말 인테리어 공사만큼 힘든게 없더라구요, 문제없이 잘 마무리 하시길 바랄게요!

저희집도 기존집을 공사하고 들어가는데 한달가량 수리를 했음에도 이사한지 4개월이 지난 지금 아직도 곳곳에 보수를 합니다ㅠ 단독이라 더 그런가 싶기도 하지만.. 공사한다는거 진짜 쉬운일 아닌거 다시한번 느꼈어요 ㅠㅠ스트레스 심한 일인데 건강 잘 챙기셔요 :)

Why don’t you put a tall statue in the space you can’t figure out what to do with? I mean every time you walk by, it’ll scare you and what a thrill that would be! Or not.

Your home is shaping up beautifully! I have an idea for the small space. You could place a staffli / easel there and have your own atelier art area. With a strong natural light and a shelf to hold pots and paints it could be a special spot for painting 🙂 the space is a good shape for a standing easel I think!

It looked like the empty space you don't know what to do with is right next to the kitchen. If so, you could make a pantry to store your food items that don't need to be in the fridge. If it's far from the kitchen I would just make a closet...you can never have enough storage space!
