The plaintiff is a homebody not a party girl. She admired the outgoing nature of the defendant. The defendant took advantage of the plaintiff's good nature and yes.. the defendant took advantage of her social ineptitude. In the end, the plaintiff loaned money to try to help out a person she thought was her friend.
@@smartsafetytechs3353 how much times are you going to copy and paste the same thing and how many accounts are you going to make?! 🤣☠️ Are you the plaintiff?
Sometimes his humiliation tactics are unnecessary. It was clear that the defendant owed the plaintiff the funds. Trying to assertain something as baseless as to whether or not the plaintiff "wanted" or "needed" her money did not negate the fact that she was owed it...just that simple. Therefore, referring to her level of understanding as "slow" was just a pointless jab that offered no merit to this case.
Even when you don’t lend folks money when it comes time for repayment, they act like cowards. I don’t know why Judge Mathis didn’t give her court cost, he was just being biased for not liking her for answering the questions as good as he wanted I guess.
The plaintiff liked the defendant as a friend. I think the plaintiff also admired the confidence and outgoing nature of the defendant was, along with the fact that they were both single moms struggling to raise children. The plaintiff doesn't drink and doesn't seem like a party girl and I think she admired the defendant for those things. Characteristics that the plaintiff lacked. The plaintiff is a reserved person who never goes out a lot. But she works hard for her money and she tried to help out a person she thought was her friend. However the lesson here is that you should never loan money to "friends".
I wouldnt used the term "delayed" which signifies she is lacking in intelligence. If anything..she doesnt have street smarts which comes from interaction and experiences with the world. The plaintiff is a homebody who has had a sheltered upbringing.
Gets me every time people on here do it and always claiming they don't play bout their money. People be trying to make others think they got it like that and they clearly do not. Expressing how much You need it back by a certain date is also useless. Nobody cares bout your bills more than you do.

The defendant seems really full of herself, saying her friend likes her. Cause she doesn’t drink or isn’t “normal” at the club and looks at people for long amounts of time. When you’re comfortable with someone, looking at each other isn’t that uncomfortable, especially if the person is autistic. If it bothered her so much why be friends for 4 years? Also, when I’m mad, I will gladly stare someone down because when you know they don’t like it, it bothers them.. Just seems like the defendant was just keeping her around for convenience especially if she can just drop her kids for two weeks with her.

Smart Safety Techs you in no way speak for “black folk” and still didn’t defend the plaintiff posture and aggressive stance toward the defendant.

Why couldn't she get her court costs? If she didnt file a case she would still be begging for her money (Don't lend folks money.)smh.
Even when you don’t lend folks money when it comes time for repayment, they act like cowards. I don’t know why Judge Mathis didn’t give her court cost, he was just being biased for not liking her for answering the questions as good as he wanted I guess.
The Hardest lesson I had to learn.
Yeah that was fcked up of Mathis...she should've been made all the way whole. Court costs and all

She knew tht girl liked her & was a little delayed, she used tht to her advantage & manipulated tht girl out of her money.
😹
Really..you know when someones in to you.and if you could you'd use that somehow if you had a mind to..
However
the lesson here is that you should never loan money to "friends".
Exactly
I wouldnt used the term "delayed" which signifies she is lacking in intelligence. If anything..she doesnt have street smarts which comes from interaction and experiences with the world. The plaintiff is a homebody who has had a sheltered upbringing.
Judge was upset today. He was just rude.
I would not loan my rent money to anyone period!
Exactly I don’t lend money not even to blood relatives, much less my rent money.
It wasn't her rent money for real that was the excuse she use to have some urgency on her time to pay back like putting it on something important
Gets me every time people on here do it and always claiming they don't play bout their money. People be trying to make others think they got it like that and they clearly do not. Expressing how much You need it back by a certain date is also useless. Nobody cares bout your bills more than you do.

Excellent points. The plaintiff is a homebody who's reserved and she admired the outgoing nature of the defendant. The plaintiff probably wanted to become a bit more outgoing and she thought maybe here was a person who is ok and I can hangout with to get out of her comfort zone. Look in the end, you should never loan money to friends or lovers.

And how can you demand to KNOW what she needed her money back for? Be it a need or a want it's HERS !!! He tries so hard to speak sense into to others, but doesn't reflect it when it comes from his own self 🙄
Judges ask this often actually. They want to be aware if the person loaning is financially unstable because they decided to loan the girl some money
I second that motion. I would never appear on this arbitration reality show due to his fickle whims and hair trigger personality. It's all fun and games in the beginning.
