If you look at the beep test standards between males and females you would shake your head in disbelief. An U30 yo male is expected to reach level 9, whereas a female is lvl 6... No wonder more women are getting in. And I don't buy the whole physiology aspect of male cardio endurance is stronger than women. That's the department's excuse to avoid being sued for Sex Discrimination. Plenty of fit females can outrun alot of men. Just look at alot of the female track athletes. There's no way I'd join a police force that does this bullshit.

I completely agree as a female
agree..so much for gender equality.
If females were treated the same as males I believe they will have a big impact in the police force
