Oct 1953- Andhra was separated from Madras state.. On 1st Nov 1956 Andhra state was merged with Hyderabad state and formed as Andhra Pradesh..
Fazal Ali Commission- Dec 1953 but state reorganization act- 1956..

Why parliament made 10th ,12th, 14th and 36th Amendments in the Indian constitution for admitting foreign territories to india ,which is contrary to (Article 4 ) says that no need of amendments under art 368 to implement laws under ( article 2 & 3),kindly explain..

All foreign territories were integrated with India as union territory, that can be done tru Amendment of the constitution. Later some were made as states tru act of the parliament. Article 4 applies for titles under state,while union territories is treated under article 368.
