Oh no citrine honey not carnelian. Red firey stone increases the energy production in your body and makes you more determined not much confident unless those feelings are already there… It amplifies for me but if you need help speaking fluently especially in front of audiences those are usually blue stones!! The former refer to Agate generally, while the latter refer specifically to Onyx. Because of this, people started to consider Onyx a separate category from Agate. Sardonyx is a combination of both Onyx and Sard.

It's my favorite, I have one right now on. I realized that carnelian is my salvation crystal. I remember first time I put it on, it was a burst of energy and light, it was energetic and free and comforting at the same time. So, I always come back to carnelian when I'm down or my energy is low or my selfesteem is gone. It's really good for the Sacral chakra. It just gives you the strength and power and definitely lift your mood.
cleansing crystals is not necessary since their energy cant really be changed by human :) however i still cleanse mine either with sunlight or rose water. for charging it i suggest just holding it in your arm and feeling its energy. you can also try meditating with it? that might help with connecting with the crystal. i also recommend dedicating it- just hold it in your hand and say something like "please work with me using love and honesty and do what you find best for me and my loved ones" then you can wear it in your back or pocket or meditate with it. hope that helped

There are so many ways but the most common ways are placing your crystal in some sea salt to cleans and recharge ❤️
