Probably because he looks like a normal everyday guy, unlike what we are used to in most horror games. Many people won't like that, but I find him very relatable.

This one, Tormented Souls (2 is coming next year), Hollow body on September 12 and if you want to go really old school Alisa is for you but i find it too difficult for a classic survival horror, enemies are too fast in that game. Also the original Resident Evil Trilogy is on GOG.

There was a demo out for this a while back and there's definitely some references to SH in the name of the train stations. Super curious to see if they kept that in game and what other easter eggs this game will have.
The bad acting is my favorite part. The wannabe Silent Hill aspect is alluring. Do we have another Deadly Premonition on our hands? One can only hope. It was a trailer just like this that got me interested in that game before it even came out and I went to its webpage. Color me intrigued. You can only mess it up from here.
