I tried floss drops for a bit, and still have some from my Dimensions kits, but I just made them myself out of doubled-up card stock, and I find they haven’t stood up very well. I’ve always bobbinated, and just keep them in those plastic containers that fit them nicely, but I have thought about moving to floss drops (maybe investing in fancy, more durable ones), and I really like your mini book rings idea! But then my husband has mentioned getting me the DMC chest someday, which I think is pretty gorgeous, and accommodates bobbins so nicely, sooo… The struggle is real lol
The amount of time I have spent on this is crazy 🤣 you are right the struggle is real 🤣 I make my own floss drops so it makes it a lot easier for me but the dmc chest would be awesome 😁
I bobbinate just because those plastic boxes save space, tangling, and keep them dog hair/dust free. BUT! I also wanted to mention that Lord Libidan has spreadsheets with the floss numbers created already that I believe he updates regularly sorted by number or color and you can print off like I did or save as an Excel. It’s been super handy for me to reference because I like to sort my floss by color but use his numerical order to quickly see what I’ve got or need.
