Proud of you and your weight loss journey!! I had VSG in 2014. Started out at 338. I’ve kept off 100+lbs but I am fixing to start Zepbound again. I’m a binge eater and it’s a huge help. Watch your protein and drink your water. The medicine dehydrates your body and cause the tummy issue. TMI but I took fiber well gummies and stool softeners to keep me regular.
In 2020 we moved to Indy when my job went remote to be with my husband. We loved being with him but we were miserable and ready to go home lol. So that’s when we bought our DW and my daughter and I moved home. Yes we are still married, he had already been living up there for four years before we moved and until he decides he’s done working on the race team he’ll stay there. It’s hard and he only comes home a few times a year but we do see him at the races😊. My mental health needed me to be back on GA 😊-Sorry this was so much!

My husband has worked on the road for the last 11 yrs so I’m used to solo parenting & holding the house down, but he misses out on so much (i know you can relate) & with us having our first boy I guess it’s different for him & missing his milestones. This is the furthest he’s ever been from us too. I’m just gonna pray about it♥️

@ it’s hard I know. He missed out on a lot with the twins. Football and band comps but was there for the big stuff. Piper doesn’t really know any different at this point. Sending you and your family prayers and good vibes. It’s a tuff but you and your beautiful family will make the decision that’s best for yall💕

Dishes. Dishes, dishes, dishes. Hate them. Hate washing them, hate putting them away. I like laundry. Bathrooms are right behind dishes, but I think I've found I don't mind the actual cleaning of the bathroom...I hate being interrupted while cleaning (by my kids). Cuz I get down and and dirty and sweaty and on a roll...and I hate having to stop and have my flow interrupted 😂
I am proud of you and you need to do whatever makes you happy and makes you feel better about yourself and life in general. You are a beautiful person and a great Mother and wife and you deserve to try and help be happy with yourself. Love and prayers concerning the moving situation you are considering. If it is meant to happen and God sees it in your future then it will happen. Just keep praying and God will always be there to help you through whatever issues you have. Sis you got a glp 1 commercial coming up on your video 🎉! I wouldn’t rent my house out, people will tear it up. When I was doing the protein shakes they would constipate me. I had to quit drinking them. Yes please share your journey. I wish I could take the shot. I’m thinking about asking my provider about it at my next appointment. Awesome video as always 🫶🌹❤️✨

Hello Jennifer!! So pound of you for sharing about your weight loss journey along with GLP1. You’re not alone in the process. I wanted to start glp1 and my insurance would not cover it but they would cover bariatric surgery. So November 24, 2024 I had surgery and it’s the best decision I ever made. My best friend is doing the glp1 and is doing great as well. You’ve got this and you will do great!! ❤

I did it the correct way no sugar no caffeine no dairy no meat healthy lifestyle you don't need to put crap in your body with injections
My hubby is a blue collar worker as well, we live in N.C. A few years ago he was working on a new power plant project that would take 3 years minimum. Long story short 2 months in of him not being able to come home home we went with him for all that time . We kept our home .Just had family and friends keep check on things while we were gone .. Plus I would come home every so often for a week or so as well ..we only have 1 child and he's homeschooled so we love the adventure of traveling with him
The co pays after 3 or 4 months on weight loss drugs are outrageous. Quoted $600-$1800 a month. Wishing you the best! You are so beautiful & I hate that you feel otherwise!

My hated chore is cleaning the stove top! Ugh! I hate it. My stove is a five burner grate top. I rent so I’m stuck with it. I would prefer one like yours. Good luck on your weight loss journey. Ten years ago I had gastric bypass surgery. The most I lost was 120 lbs. but I’m still big. But smaller than I was and feel better. But, I would not recommend it because in the long run, so many other things go wrong with your body, because you don’t absorb the vitamins your body needs. My biggest problem is my teeth. I’m now missing so many, my teeth crack and split then you need root canals & crowns. It sucks because insurance doesn’t cover much. My son was doing ozempic and is doing well on it. I would love to hear updates. I’m thinking of trying one of the shots to get more weight off.
Oh wow, I didn’t know weight loss surgery had so many side effects, I’m sorry about that. I did my second injection this evening & so far so good, I’m usually wanting a snack at this time of night but I have no desire for anything. . . So it’s doing its job.

I wish you better luck than I had. The shot made me so extremely sick that I could not stand it anymore I was so sick non stop always feeling like I was going to throw up and not being able to use the bathroom was horrible, so it was just not worth it for me. It took forever to get out of my system before I could feel normal again. I also wish you luck in your decision to stay or move Just keep in mind that the grass is not always greener on the other side and there truly is no place like home and by your mom.

Friend, when you were cleaning your stove and the camera moved I reached out to stabilize it and said “Jennifer!!”😂 I took semaglutide prescribed from my Bariatric clinic. I had to pick it up at the pharmacy and it comes in a vial, and you take however much your doctor said to take.. I lost around 40 pounds, then got pregnant, it was quite a surprise 😅 so be careful if you’re avoiding making baby boy a big brother! ❤

Yes Jennifer I want to hear your updates in your progress. No judgement here you do what you need to do for your health girl. I'm on Olympic for my diabetes and it has helped me tremendously I've lost 60 lb in a year. The thing I've learned intermediate fasting works for me. It may not work for anyone else. I make sure to get plenty of protein vegetables I do eat some carbs. But you have to learn not to overeat and I know you cook some good food girl. And no sweets oh my gosh they look so good. But I did get all the symptoms nausea cramping. I dealt with it cuz it lowered my blood sugar also and now I don't have any symptoms. My husband's only and he had lost a pound in over a year but he doesn't try. Just try not to put too much pressure on yourself and tell yourself this is for my health the medication is help me be more mindful of what I'm eating and helps me control the cravings better. And sometimes if I do overeat I get very nauseous. And yes it is very expensive if my insurance didn't pay for it it would be $1,500 a month for the injections. And also I love your hair and your lashes always look good!

I think it is, one of my cake clients was taking it & she said her medicaid approved it. Ask your DR to make sure.
Laundry is my enemy!! I'm looking into weight loss options as I've tried every diet and stuck to them strictly but could never lose a sizeable amount of weight. Good luck to you and do what's best for you❤

Please keep us updated on your progress ❤I’m using Orgain Protein in vanilla and chocolate. I mix the chocolate and vanilla with water to drink taste like a shake. I love to add it to Greek yogurt 0% milk fat or 2%. With sugar free chocolate chips. There are a lot of great recipes using protein. I don’t like cottage cheese so I blend it to smooth it out. There are vitamins you should take while taking that stuff to help side effects. GNC has some. My gallbladder is not in the best of shape so I don’t know if I take Wegovy or not. Dishes and Laundry are the worse chores
I know everyone is different, you asked for us to share our story and or results with this,so I am Just telling you my results. I did well on it for about 6 month's but as soon as I got to my goal weight as soon as I got off of it My weight came back but double, It also effected my kidney's so I could not continue using it. Just drink lots of water and be aware that once you get off this weight loss medication that you could possibly gain weight again.and beware there are risks. I am wishing you much luck. Remember to be kind to yourself and love yourself.

@@jenniferrayne1 I don't mind you asking, I knew it was effecting my kidney's not too long after I began using it. I would have pain when I urinated and pains in my side and then I did have some kidney stones that developed My Dr advised me to take into consideration it could be the weight loss medication. So, I stopped taking it and after it was all cleared from my system, I have not had anymore kidney issue's, Again, I ask that you be careful and drink a lot of water to assist with the kidney cleanse. Also the same situation happened with my cousin after she began using it.
Intermittent fasting is whats helping me lose weight Ive been on the bigger size my whole life but I havent lost weight as fast as I have fasting and only eating in a 4 hour window, our bodies were designed from early civilization to hunt and fast not to eat all day as weve all been unfortunately taught to do and any time you eat your insulin spikes so the more we eat through out the day the more were spiking our insulin which leads to insulin resistance which makes it hard to lose weight so intermittent fasting is probably the safest and cheapest way to lose weight if your looking for an alternative method and also cutting out sugars, its what keeps us all fat and unhealthy its so much more dangerous for the heart than salt plus viruses and diseases thrive off of it
Last summer I started fasting & cut out junk food & was drinking chia seed water, I lost 10lbs but got discouraged once the insurance denied me the shot. . .Now that I'm on the shot I've cut everything out again & I won't eat after 7pm

I’m on zepbound. I’ve lost 65 all together. I lost 42 because of gastritis. The rest was zpbnd. It’s awesome. I’m a self pay. Ridiculous how high it is but mines around $400 a month all together. I know it could cost $1000 or more. Keep us updated. 🫶🏼
