It was just incredible to witness the beautifully built amor pieces! How the fit, interlock, & allow for so much flexibility is ingenious! Not to mention the fact that these were all hand forged, decorated, & custom built for each wearer! The precision & skill is mind blowing!! I have seen the display in Madrid of amor for the knights & their horses and it left me in complete awe & speechless! It was just beyond beautiful!
@@rubberdc RUclips didn’t let me link it, but the video is called “Armour Flexibility”, and the thumbnail is a picture of someone bending a sabaton. Enjoy!
Оказывается в начале 16 века в Европе уже могли делать примитивную резьбу. Какое же здоровье, пусть даже молодой Генрих 8 имел, чтобы носить на себе такую видимую тяжесть!

I think is so awesome how highly skilled were the ones who made this armor, it is soooooo complex and detailed and beautiful!
I never realized that this arret could be micro-adjusted like that, what a cool feature!
It would be so cool if someone Made a replica of this particular set of armor
someone did, and fitted to himself. i cant remember who but look up greenwich armor recreation
I would love to see your collection of arms and armour. Love this video, hope to see more !!!?
Absolutely amazing! Incredible craftsmanship and beauty.
Fascinating. I enjoyed seeing all the parts assembled.
This was really interesting! I hope you do more videos like this in the future! Thank you for showing us :D
Super interesting! Please upload more videos like this one!
I was hoping the armour would be put on a live man .
I wonder if that is even possible considering its tailor made for Henrys body
@@Annatar0 they actually did it
There’s an early 20th century video of this exact armour and another one being worn and move around in.

The bolts and nuts look very modern. Did they have cotter pins? Spring-loaded closures?
All of the above

Great show! Well presented! I was always wondering how this was done.
