She was the one of so few that did not succumb to mainstream music making styles. Her voice holds the depth of emotions that many singers in the modern times lack interpretation of, and in that way I feel she is incomparable in her own field. There are times in life where we are deemed to feel very much ungrounded and floating, but I always come back to this song. It reminds me so truly, of how man essentially was made to feel so many different feelings, and that I shouldn't be so stuck inside the negative ones. Her portrayal of this song is so comfortably silent and genuine, and multiple times when I had no vents for emotions, this song has saved me . Joanna, for this, I sincerely thank you and love you.
