If you watched your video before posting it, you would clearly see its a glitch between the 2nd and 3rd players (3rd used vine and the vines went to 2nd guy)
I think it is just a glitch on your end for syncing with the server. It appears that your instance of the game and the server's instance disagreed on which player was 2nd and which was 3rd. When player 2 casts Vines, the animation occurs for player 3 (and vice verca). When player 2 drops some pieces, your instance of the game shows player 3s tower rising, but players 2s tower ends (as if what really happened was that player 2s tower rose up and hit the line. When it counts the final score, the score for player 2 and 3 are flipped.

Nice vid man, its a glitch :) the blocks went to far, thats why the game thought the blocks belonged to him
