You’re literally my comfort person I love you *topluxs* !
Do you have the new IG for a seller?
I would be proud to have a counterfeit nike/Jordan sneaker collection I'm amazed how great those counterfeit shoes are almost identical to the authentic versions
Proud is a strong word lol
@FBKICKZNGEAR 2.0 true indeed true indeed none the less i enjoy watching your videos your very knowledgeable
@@michaelpickarts7683 appreciate your support!
Great review bro .really enjoyed your video
I collected sneakers for over 25 years ‘stopped when the Jordan hypeb kicked off’ 2013¿ what the industry Jordanbrand’ ‘Nike’ etc supply and demand’ has done with materials etc ‘quality wise’¿ I would definitely wear reps these day’s BUT depending on what they are ‘like you mentioned’
I have so many shoes ranging from dunks to Travis Scott Jordan’s. Reb lobsters are reselling for 4000 or more brand new. I got a really good pair of reps for $110. And I actually wear my shit.
The entire point of wearing LV AF1s is to feel like "the man". Knowing the status and what it symbolizes. It's like a much lesser scale feeling of driving a lambo. It's about how it makes you feel. The reps take that portion away entirely. I own retails of these in a different color-way.
I can definitely understand wear you’re coming from and I definitely understand the feeling you’re talking about. While I think the flex is part of it, I think people who wear reps aren’t entirely motivated in this space the same way you might be though
Would you be able to do a rep vs retail on the Jordan 4 crafts 🙏
I don’t own the craft 4s
Yes I have about 30 pairs of shoes and most are reps. All quality reps from good sellers. No DHGATE bs.
50 percent of shoes in the market are all replicas . 48% of all shoes of drippy and stock x are replicas.
I tried to buy that exact colorway replica, but my plug couldn't get it.
Peep the IG account in the description
I'm more inclined to wear these because they never released. Since it didn't release, you're not directly infringing upon anyone. Of course in some ways you are because it still says Nike and Louis Vuitton, but Nike and Louis Vuitton did not ever sell this exact shoe. Also "This is a custom UA colorway" sounds way better when asked than "This is a rep."
I can understand that. I personally don’t like the term UA because it implies authenticity and this space is already full of folks not telling the truth. I don’t have an issue with reps but I also recognize they are what they are
I would only buy/wear retail if they weren’t so impossible to acquire.
The amount of evidence I need to prove a rep out pretty much requires me to buy a retail pair and get the reps myself. But if it passes my checks I’ll keep the real pair on ice
1st I like your content and vids but u are like most people lie about wearing purchasing rep items - only people I think in this world above this u have to extremely super rich- any1 buys Walmart ,Shop rite , etc products u are buying rep items- no difference- food and med u should want authentic but u buy Walmart/ Walgreens cough meds- but wont buy rep nikes when they look the same- come on- be honest
What am I lying about? I said I have no issue with wearing reps, just that my bar for a good rep is higher than most people’s. I never said I wouldn’t wear reps in general. Please rewatch and listen to what I said
@FBKICKZNGEAR 2.0 my apologies if I misunderstood u- I just can't imagine what level or what type of Bar u set for a rep sneakers when most retail sneakers are mostly low quality products- but ok - in the end people spend their money on what they want
@@ghostpeachweed that’s because my bar isn’t set around quality, it’s set around accuracy. I say in many of my videos that reps have been the same quality as retail shoes for atleast 10 years now. Quality isn’t where reps struggle and it hasn’t been. It’s matching the right materials, it’s recreating the right effects, matching the right colors, replicating details. Reps do fantastic on basic GR stuff. But most of the legit check guides i do aren’t basic stuff. It’s special releases that have special materials, or special features, new shapes etc. look at my most recent Jordan 4 SB videos, because it highlights what I’m talking about perfectly. My bar is high because inaccuracy bothers me. If you were around for my last two channels where I reviewed a ton of Yeezys, I always praised them because once you get to the higher end of Yeezy reps many of them are completely indistinguishable even when you have the real pair right next to it. That’s not the case for all reps.
Part of it has to do with the fact that I deal with real shoes along with the fake ones so frequently there are thing that I just can’t unsee. People pick and choose between rep batches all the time depending the inaccuracies they’re willing to live with, the list of inaccuracies im willing to live with is just shorter than most rep buyers. I’m okay with that though because I don’t have an issue spending money on resell if the rep market doesn’t have what I need.
But as an engineer in real life that works in manufacturing for a living, you won’t hear me talk about rep quality unless there’s something that’s actually lesser quality to talk about. But I don’t consider inaccuracies in colors or materials to be quality issues, they’re just flaws.
@FBKICKZNGEAR 2.0 dam ok that was a wonderful response 👏
@@ghostpeachweed it’s all good man; I don’t blame you for responding the way you did because there a lot of people that lie in this sneaker space. And most of the criticism comes from people who either only buy retail shoes and people who only buy reps. But I’m coming from the perspective of someone in the middle. I started my first RUclips channel a few years back because I had no real way of telling if the replica Travis Scott 1 highs I bought were any good. Rep reviewers at the time would swear up and down that all reps were 100% identical but never references actual authentic pairs to prove that, and replica haters just thought that they’re all garbage. Neither of those views were helpful, so I put up my own money, bought an authentic pair and created a channel so that I could make the type of video I wish was out there when I was looking to buy.
