    This lecture introduces the mathematical model used for RNA velocity estimation and illustrates some of the associated challenges, in particular related to quantification.
    Target audience : This lecture is intended for computational biologists who are already familiar with single-cell transcriptomics analysis, who wish to learn about ongoing and future developments in the field and associated topics.

      These models are very simple and common in systems biology. It's so simple is beautiful and elegant.

    Nice video, but it's only the first part of lecture if I understood correctly. Where is the second?
