    This should be titled, "Description of different diets". There's nothing here about 'Antiaging diets: separating fact from fiction'. Just saying.

      It's a small snippet from a 2 hr interview, you want the answers to a complicated question in 8 minutes ? 😂😂😂

    These clips are just ordinary clickbait designed to get you to watch the full video. By themselves, they intentionally never deliver on their titles, and as such are completely useless, which is why I don't bother watching them. If the topic is interesting, I just watch the full video. Even worse are the AMA clips, as those are also useless, but you can't even watch the full episodes (unless you are a paid subscriber). Bottom line, if you click on any of these short clips all you'll do is waste your time. So: avoid at all costs 😂😂😂!

      By watching these tease clips you can decide if the subject is something you'd like to dedicate 2hrs of your life to for the full video.
      People expecting answers to complicated questions in an 8 minute video 😅😅😅😅😅

    long story short Caloric Restriction with Optimal Nutrition wins. No matter how many supplement they want to sell to you. This is what they wanted to say 🙂

    All of these videos are clickbait. He throws out definitions but never actually goes into the benefits. What a clown.

      It's a short video cut out of an entire podcast. It's an advertisement for the podcast episode.

      Longevity is complicated. INMHO one must dedicate much time and work to understanding the nuances of wellspan and longevity!

    So many of his podcasts are 5min question, 5min preface, a tiny bit answer, then next question. Too bad broscience are the only ones actually giving practical advice…

    Really. Concerning that in 2024 we’re still testing on animals and applying the results to humans?

    • @dronepocket325
      @dronepocket325 23 дня назад +1

      Humans are animals. Focus on fixing your own problems and improving your life instead of focusing on things to be upset about. You will be amazed at what happens

    • @elijahmandeville8475
      @elijahmandeville8475 18 дней назад

      That’s just the evolution of testing. We don’t start testing a new, unknown drug on human beings immediately. Imagine if they did that and thousands of people died per year from random drug testing as a first line. I’d rather thousands of mice die per year than thousands of people.
      It starts as preclinical research which includes computer models and lab-grown human cells. Tons of drugs fail here because they damage cells or don’t work. If it passes, it moves to animal trials mainly to check safety and toxicity. Then they move on to real clinical trials which involve human volunteers.

    Unfortunately, while I love Peter, this one is clickbait from the title. Nothing is really said here.

  • @tonyabc7378
    @tonyabc7378 23 дня назад

    Not sure what folk expect from a video that's just 8 mins long. If there is something to spike your interest, you can go and do more research. People interested in quick fixes won't get lasting results.

    Another click bait title, so frustrating. I own Peter's book have given copies to friends and respect him. But this content had nothing to do with the title shown.

    they even have "equity" and "representation" when writing papers now, they had 2 men and 2 women on that paper. I don't know that this helps science, one place we don't see this gifting of positions is in the NBA, NFL, etc. Why is that ok here?

    5:50 did I understood it right? The guy in left says intermitted fasting has to be more than 24 hours but guy in right says it has to occur more than once in 24 hours and guy in right says it has to occur more than once a day (how can fasting occur more than once a day anyway)? And they agree they have same understanding of these terms but their definition are very different.
    I must get something wrong here, anyone?
