    Full Recipe below!
What you will need for bagels:
Stand mixer preferably, but you can hand mix
    Whisk
    Measuring cup
    Measuring spoons
    Baking paper
    Big bowl
    Kitchen Cloth
    Slotted spoon
    Baking brush
    Ingredients:
1 package of active dry yeast (1/4oz. or 25g)
    5.3 cups flour (12.5dl)
    2 tsp salt
    1 tbsp sugar
    Olive oil or non-stick spray
    1 tbsp brown sugar
    1 egg white
    Sea salt
    Strawberry cream cheese:
1 package of cream cheese (8 oz.) or 250g
    2 tbsp sugar
1 cup (130g) fresh strawberries or strawberry jam to substitute
    Directions:
Mix in a standing mixer preferably, or this can all be done by hand, 1
package of active dry yeast in a stand mixer with 2 cups (5dl) of warm
water 98F (37C). Wait 5 minutes until yeast dissolves.
Blend on low and add the flour, salt, and sugar.
Mix for 10 minutes and then put in big bowl that you’ve wiped down
with some olive oil. Cover with kitchen towel and keep in warm area.
Wait about 1 hr 45 min for it to double in size.
Take out of bowl and add some flour to a bread board and hands while
you separate dough into 8-12 balls. Then shape the dough balls into
heart shaped pieces. This part depends on how small or large you want
your bagels. Not your classic bagel shape, but perfect for a
    Valentine’s Day breakfast!
Place bagels on an olive oil wiped baking tray and cover with a
kitchen cloth and let prove for 30 more minutes.
While the bagels are finishing proving, you can start to bring to a
boil a large pot of water with the brown sugar. Once it’s at a rolling
boil, boil 2 bagels at a time, 1 min on each side, and put back on
baking tray. It helps to have a slotted spoon here to take the bagels
out while draining the water away.
Transfer the wet bagels to a new baking tray with a sheet of baking
paper underneath once they’ve had a second to dry on the original
    baking tray.
Whisp one egg white with 1 tbsp of water and brush egg wash on each
top of bagel. Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt to top the bagels!
You can also now heat your oven to (450F) 230C. Bake the bagels for 20
minutes. Halfway through, flip tray around to cook bagels evenly.
Let stand for 15 minutes so they can cool. Cut in half and enjoy with
tons of strawberry cream cheese! The more cream cheese, the better!
    🍓Strawberry cream cheese recipe 🍓
Let the cream cheese soften at room temperature. You can also whip it
with a fork for a fluffier texture. Mash the strawberries and mix
together with the cream cheese and add the sugar. You can use a mixer
    or blender for this.
If strawberries are not in season, which they sadly are not right now
in Sweden, you can also substitute some delicious strawberry jam to
mix with your cream cheese instead. Then there’s no need to add the
    sugar either.
Mix until you get the perfect pink color and a fluffy texture for easy
    spreading.
