So finding a job in Dubai is difficult. But if you get an offer from a company, you can expect around 2.5 times of the pay in India. Taking into account no income tax, it becomes around 3X. As compared to USA, the pay is around 65%. Again income tax into account it works out to be 0.8-1 times in-hand.

Sauna room = get steamy... not enough... go to the steam room! 😄
I like Business Bay. I've heard you can cycle to the beach from starting from the canal. That's my next goal next time in there.
Internet is expensive...it's probably twice the UK amount for half as much MB/s.

Hehe yup. We had actually heard the exact same thing regarding the cycling. It is true... yet to try it though. It shows 7.5 kms on the map from the canal road. Regarding WiFi, is UK seriously that cheap?? We get 658 Mbps speed for 400 AED (£ 84)

      @@DesiTravellersDXB Yes, it's that cheap in UK 🙄 AED 180 (£37) for 500 Mbps.
In Dubai I'm paying AED 347 (super special discout 😒) with Du, for 250 Mbps...
Don't worry, UK don't have much else which is good compared to Dubai...😆 Plus and minus, but Dubai is too nice at this time of year.

Well the rents are expensive in Dubai. A 2 BHK anywhere decent would cost you around 70k AED (16 Lakh). But on the flip side, you earn more, and pay zero income tax. Say, if your salary is 20L in India, you can expect around 50L in Dubai. The in hand would go from 1.25L to 4.16L per month. At those numbers a rent of 16L doesn't seem that daunting.
