You warm yourself up with the saunas, hammam steam rooms, and pool, then cool yourself off with a plunge in the cold pool, or stepping under a cold shower bucket and repeat.

Nordic Spa...or like we call it in Sweden: a spa! 😀 Nah, it looks great really. I like how there's German rituals mixed with the Scandinavian sauna....but I guess the Germans have pretty similar sauna traditions
