@@slytherinlady3907 if it's the case it's should have take a very very long time, i don't think it's possible. because the voice when he talk have an certain intonation, and in more then that you can't just put a lil sound, you have to enter the syllable a certain time and prononce it proprely for the 46 sounds. i can't explain well, but it's doesn't sound like him and it's not really possible to make it.
but if it's the case, please show me your sources
Shiro - San :3 i heard it from a friend when talking to them, and besides it's possible. I don't know how to make an utau myself so I don't know how it was done but I'm sure it's possible to make an utau out of kokichi. it's probably hard, that's why the voice sounds kinda low quality, but it's possible

It’s Kokichi Ouma. He’s not originally an UTAU, but a voice bank was made out of him. He’s from a game called Danganronpa V3: Killing Harmony.

It’s possible for someone to create a Kokichi voicebank from his English voice, but they wouldn’t be allowed to distribute it due to it violating the terms of service. So, if someone were to create it, only they would be able to use it. Anyone and everyone who would want to have his voicebank would need to create it themselves.
