Rafael, sometimes remind me of Damon at time. Because Damon was so loyal to Stefan and knew how important Elena was to him. He sacrifice a lot. Just like Rafael does with Landon. I still think Rafael and Hope will end up together one day.

Let’s be real guys when does any show have a couple that last from season 1 to the end. Hope and Landon are not end game. It’s hope and Rafael. It’s all about the slow build up. Plus Julie plec loves the love triangle for some reason. They don’t do anything for no reason. After losing their memory raf still had feelings for hope.
