This video shows you how to put in the SIM card ruclips.net/video/ut7sb4SJNFI/видео.html All you do is remove the nano sim from your old phone and insert the SIM card in your new iPhone. Nothing else needs to be done, your service is connected to the SIM card so it will automatically work.If
hey, will it let me transfer my data except my photos? like is there an option to transfer everything except photos and possible apps/games? that’s why idk what to do
I believe Apples instruction say first but from what I read and do, it doesn't matter. Apple doesn't store any info on the SIM card so you can set up the whole iPhone without the SIM card as I did in this video and then insert the card after if you want. I remove and insert the sim card in my iPhones all the time at all stages.
I am still a little fuzzy one switching my E-sim card going from a 14 PM to a 16 PM i am in Canada so do i have to put my old card in the new phone physically or is it done via E-sim ? thx for your video i will be using it when my phone arrives and do i just throw my E-sim, card in the trash ? cheers from Vulcan Canada
I’m not that familiar with eSIM. The SIM card that goes into the side of the phone is a nano sim. If you have it in your old iPhone put it in the new one.
Hi: all my family member use same Apple ID. but i want to use the different icloud . can you do it Please .because if the same icloud the phone's contact will be all same .please help
hey! when im setting up my iphone 16 a software update pops up saying 18.2 Beta. It says 43 seconds remaining and its been saying this for a while. What should i do?
is it even possible to set up as new phone but select photos from ur old phone to the new one and transfer messages to the new phone from the old phone.
I have an iphone SE and when i try to transfer the information, it always says transfer failed. i have tried multiple times and i get the same result every time. what should i do?
Unfortunately I’m not sure why it failed without more info. However, if you call Apple they may be able to help you through it live with an appointment or provide more information. Try restarting both phones and make sure the internet connection is working well.
thank you for the video, it helped me with the setup
No problem glad I could help with the Apple watch
What do you do about physical SIM cards? How do they transfer over?

@@DHTV I’m in the UK and apparently there are only e-sims on our IPhone 16 Pro Max…. So fingers crossed 🤞
Can you do a video on how to setup the regular iPhone 16
I could but it was the exact same, would be repetitive.
@@DHTV why didn’t you do it at the first place
It’s tough. I don’t have a lot of time to make these videos and I just chose to go with the pro for this example.
@@DHTV well can’t you just make one video about apple intelligence that’s it
Yeah I’ll do that for sure but don’t like making them off the betas and then things change in the full versions.

Did it choose canada automatically or you chose it before?
I chose it before, maybe I missed that part in the video.
Does it ask about setting up two-factor authentication if you don’t have it yet?
I am not 100% sure to be honest.
WShen do i insert the SIM card from the 'OLD iphone' to NEW iphone ?

Unfortunately not. The iCloud and Apple ID are the same. There isn’t a way to have one without the other being the same

The bar hasn't moved either.
