I bought three wigs from them including this one, and although they were all advertised as wear and go, only one wig's lace came precut. I am not the best with wigs so I had a hard time telling if the other two's knots were unbleached so I didn't mention anything about it. I had to reach out to them because I was unhappy as I struggle with wig prep. They offered me a return, but I wasn't going through all that hassle and asked for a small refund. They told me what I purchased wasn't precut even though the pictures they sent back to me clearly said precut and even one had it in the description. I didn't appreciate the gaslighting but they made it right at the end after some back and forth. Apart from that little hiccup, I must say that the hair on all three were nice. Shipping was quick. Haven't worn them yet!
@@TheCRYSTALLURE To be honest, I only wear the wigs for special occasions. So there's one I haven't worn as yet, but the other two I've worn twice. Not a lot of wears to tell how they hold up, but I'm still happy with the quality

Warning!!! I ordered 3 wigs from them. Normally I will get one at a time but because I was pressed for time and going on vacation... and the prices are soooooo good, I went ahead and got 3. When they first came, the first thing I noticed is that the wigs are not the length I ordered. Each wig had layers and the longest strands on all three were 11-12 inches. (stretched) I ordered 16 inches. I took pictures and emailed them but never got a reply although I am getting a zillion emails from them to buy more, sending them to junk email.... I didn't take these wigs on vaca and instead did a quick order to my faithful Wow Ebony. shoulda done that in the first place. I paid for expedited shipping. now I'm back from vaca and seeing what I can do with one of the Klaiyi wigs. Now I have bleached knots 100's of times but this time some of the hair came out immediatly after well actually during bleaching.the knots. Later, I tried to bleach the hair to a #4 which I've done more times than I can count with good results and the color didn't even lift.
So sis all these beautiful units and this gurl not enough coins sis stop selling 😂 I mean I'm gonna buy it but someone ain't getting a Christmas present 😂

You didn’t slide the band attachment through the loop? The wigs I’ve seen come with that. And that’s how Jess’ wig was in the video^^ you can switch the height of the band by moving it down or up the loops.
