Hi spoke, small chance you'll read this comment, but I play on another server where everyone tried to make a stacking raid farm. We tried making this version and there's plugins that cause the villager to change jobs slower, making the chance of a stacking raid a lot lower. Then, my friend tried to make another version adding a lot more villagers, allowing the chance of a stacking raid to be even higher, but it was not 100%. Finally, a few months later, the best redstoner on the server made a working stacking raid farm, which I believe will also work on Lifesteal Public.
Try also including the solution otherwise they will ignore your comment since it gives 0 help in fixing the problem other than reading like haha i know the solution and you dont.
the server I play on is Vanilla Europa, there's a command [/warp raidfarm] I want to say the design is completely not mine and designed by someone else
But a raid farm gives way more emeralds than a gunpowder farm gives GP. Plus, the ianxofour raid farm is way easier to build than an actually good gunpowder farm. For comparable rates, I'm pretty sure you'd need a perimeter.

I built one of this farm as well and I met the same problem😂. only my solution is to use timing redstone because the server I was playing does not allow dispenser to dispense to another dispenser so I had to make a timing redstone and my computer can't handle the amount of redstone is being used so I never get to know if it ever worked or not. anyway love your vid spoke!
Yo, Spoke the reason your farm wasn't working is because you were building the wrong one since the server is a paper server you need to build the paper version of it (you can see this in Ian's description) and you where building the normal vanilla version (the difference is that vanilla allows no plugins while paper allows plugins).
you couldve fixed the armor stand not bouncing issue by putting knockback on your sword, but if you already had it, it was probably the lag or the server software

I used that farm before and my issue was that I didn't build the central bubble elevator on the block 14 14 14 in the chunk. Maybe that was your issue there 🤷♂
the reason the farm didnt work is because servers that run on paper disable armor stands in ianxofours description theres a schematic that uses minecarts to start the farm so it would work on paper

if its paper the armor stand tick option in the config.yml file may be disabled

To prevent ur base from being raided just put ur claim chest at build limit since chests cant be seen from the ground

Spoke gunpowder sells for 12 coins each and it is a way cheaper farm to make than a raid farm :)
Forgot to mention looting lll gives you 3 gunpowder
